my insurance is like $76 and some change per month. it's the second car that was added to the policy. it's cheaper than the wife ever thought it would be. just finished a quick wash on the 7 before work. first time i've washed a car in over 20 yrs. not great looking but better than it was, especially for the brake dust. front wheels were totally black. jeezus and t g, see u 2 in da morn.

So Ray. What started this whole point system? Your telling me that bringing the SA, is worth more than bringing my Turbo FB? Weird. I just hope my 1 1/2 point SA makes it there in one piece. I haven't driven it that much in a single shot since I threw it together! Since we are caravaning down, if I run into any problems, my boys will hopefully help me out. I hope to see everyone there (including myself). I'll bring the camcorder anyway .

Pimpdaddy (aka: Brett) doesn't know what he should bring. Do we have a tally on who's bringing soda? Or chips?

So far we've got

Roast beef sandwiches
Pasta salad
mac and cheese
Mashed taters and gravy

Open, so far as I know, and if you're bringing anything on this list, speak up.

Soda
Chips
Cut fruit
Pastries
Coffee (Starbucks has a coffee traveler. I should know, I worked there. $12, holds about 10 cups of coffee.)

Edit:
Ray, I cook all the time. Rachel Ray is practically my sister

What's the camcorder for? I've got about 23 orange cones. Field autocross anyone?

Bad 83, SAs are just worth more, they are the original conception. Not as nicely designed as our FBs, still, they are the Mother of all Sevens.

Ace, Roger on the cooking, and my little brother is an *** too.

Nice thing about company is it gives you an opportunity to clean the place up, helped by a sunny 70 degree day.

When you get here, just follow the signs:

Honda's to the left.

Here's the Take it or Leave it section:

Hey everyone, it's Ray's wife, Cathy. Just wanted to let everyone know that the roast with gravy is almost done. I've also sliced and cooked some mushrooms to go with it if anyone does shrooms. We will have beer, wine, water, Mountain Dew, Cokes, Dr. Pepper, orange juice, and V-8 juice. Have I forgotten anything? I have a few different types of buns to serve the sandwiches on as well as tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. Oh, and I made a couple of batches of fudge brownies in case anyone is into chocolate.

If I have forgotten anything, just give a yell. Well, just a low holler!

I have an appointment first thing in the morning but will be back here by about 11:00. Looking forward to meeting everyone!!!

Wife says fine James, just get your butt and that red car down here. We can start partying anytime you are ready, I figure around 11:00 am (food is at 1:00), enough time to get greasy.

Im munching on one of the roast beef sandwiches we are going to have tomorrow, Ummmm, Ummmmm good.

Could it be a girl with a rotary?

Stu, we are having a weiner roast at 5, watching the sun go down on a really nice day. If you promise not to drive back I'll promise not to tell anybody you are underage. The guest room and the couch are free, as far as I know.

So drop the new white kicks and nice jeans? I guess I've decided to bring 2/3 dozen doughnuts, since Acesanugal insisted. Creme filled, glazed, and whatever else you guys want. There's a dunkin doughnuts/krispy kreme on the way up in Gainesville, but if anyone knows of one closer I'll stop by there instead...

Well, I just got home. It was a lot of fun! Great turn-out , good food.

Next time, let's shoot to try and do it on an autocross day?

Or we could find/rent a parking lot and everyone brings whatever cones they've got...I've got about 23.

Yes definately a good meet, Ray a big thank you to you and your wife for hosting the event. Maybe someday you will remember my name, lol. To Stu and the N.Carolina crew glad you guys could make it and thanks for the ride to autozone, next time I'll call a cab though, I hate being the passenger in fast moving cars. And to the Gainsville RX7's we'll have to hook something up, since were all locals and drive FC's (Austin I know you'll get another one, it's just a matter of time). And to everyone else it was good talkin to you guys and you'll be glad to know the repair worked just fine.

PS. Ray sorry I cleaned my carbon off leaving your driveway, but after you did it for your wife I figured why not!
