Wow, love it! That IC looks familiar, I'm glad to see someone running one. Could you tell me more about your setup? And where did you get that vacuum manifold? Sure makes everything nice and tidy!

The intercooler core is a 4.5" thick by 12" tall by 4.5 wide(no tanks). The trick to a working water to air intercooler is to have a large enough heat exchanger up front and a big enough pump. I have a 2" X 7" X 26" core up front with a 7" fan and I am using 3/4" hoses to and from it with a 500gph pump moving the fluid. I don't even have a reservoir and I suffer no heat soak, the IAT's actually drop when I stop in traffic because the pump keeps pumping and the fan keeps pulling air.

As for the vacuum manifold....I made it myself .

Thanks for the props.

Chris

t70 1.03 a/r
power fc
850's 1600's
I am sure I could keep adding boost until it explodes! Always worked in the past! lol

blah blah blah

78 RHD rx7
HUGE holeset turbo unknown size
unknown injectors
tec 2 ems...

TURBO IS HUGE!!!
Corksport had a similar setup on a FC I saw at there place... said they accidently kept on making like 40 psi due to a faulty boost gauge and cracked rotor houseings in half...

CARS ARE BOTH FOR SALE!
