Wouldn't matter so much if he was using water injection, it would cool down the intake charge enough with water.

Hence the reason methanol injection setups do not require and IC.

Yeh, its only till my hard pipes are welded and the tial set in place.

My FMIC is: 44"(inc tanks)x 7" x 2.5". piping 2.5" all round.

-garrett gt35 (62-1 compressor wheel, p-trim turbine wheel, .84 turbine housing)
Vband downpipe (heatwrapped) full 3" exhaust with 32" long magnaflow muffler

-3" stainless intercooler piping with greddy type S BOV

-24x12x3" intercooler

-tubular stainless manifold

-external wastegate (7psi spring. open dump right now)

-upgraded injectors


-walbro 255lph pump


around 300whp @ 9psi


going to dyno it really soon.. and maybe turn up the boost to 15psi and see what it makes

These are pics of my soon to be completed project. Started up on Monday engine everything is fine. Soon to be painted and then off to the dyno. I'm hoping for 400hp+. Thanks to all for the info/advice i got from being on this website.

Only to a point. We are at our limit of running with no IC on our setup, in order to keep our fuel from vaporizing I have to run a tad richer, and use 10, 1680's once the boost was turned up above 35psi.

For all its worth, I m in the works of installing my Greddy FMIC 3" charge pipes, to assist the AI. Pics will be forthcoming once i will finish the project.

the stock one won't fit my gtc front end. i would have to fab something either from scratch (i think damian has something similar) or use the stock one and then add to it. either way it has to be somewhat custom i think.
