just tonight i raced a 07 mustang gt with a sts turbo kit on it pushing 480 and beat it by 4-5 cars, which is what he told me(no vid)

at the time i raced the FD i was, not now. i only have a intake and a predator. its ok to be in denial. you guys should just let it go
I know a 400rwhp FD is fast, i seen smg44's FD beat a 550rwhp cobra.
Im just saying it cant because the video showed it cant.
Nothing else was proven evidence except peoples claims using graphs and calculated guesses. Ok so yellowr1 did "beat" one. Where is the video? Anyone can say they beat soemthing to prove a point. See where im going with this?
At least my argument is clear because the video showed. A stock Z06 is fast. Sure its about power to weight but there are other factors that need to be in the equation. Yellowr1 makes a good point with turbo. Ok fine.
So if you take a 400rwhp gt35r FD and a 400rwhp t78 FD, there would be a substantial difference?

Remember it showed the Z06 WALK the FD, not even beat it by a little. It literally walked from the FD like the FD had 350rwhp or even less.
So 2 things are happening here. Z06 guy is lying or FD guy is number about their numbers.
Because the numbers that were brought to the table in conjunction with the video proves im right, at least to a certain extent on the subject.

Actually it does the opposite. The FD in that statement was at 370ish RWHP. So it's 20 - 30 LESS HP yet it got damn close to an actual stock Z.

I thought this debate was about if a 400rwhp 7 will beat a stock Z06. I dont see no one denying the fact that the fd lost. So what exactly is your point.

Ok, I understand your a post ****, but can you tell me your honest opinion on rather a 400rwhp 7 should loose to a stock Z06 the way it did in this video. If you honestly think so, are you willing to bet that dwrx7 will beat one with just 13psi.

Or if anything, the z06 should have a slight advantage due to all motor (unless the FD brake boosts).
But this video shown shows that clearly the FD didnt have 448rwhp. So even if he would be lying and only had 400rwhp in that video, it still showed it getting walked by the z06. So either way, it got walked, at whatever RWHP it had.
