^A custom 4" one.

Might as well update this thread with my new setup.

I'm now running a BW S366 @ 24.5 psi. On pump we made 540RWHP, 415RWTQ. Dyno graph can be observed by clicking "BW S366" in my sig.

We were also able to go with a true 4" turboback with this turbo.

Did you get any max hp increase just from your 4" exhaust? I had a custom 4" turbo back exhaust and didn't really see a max hp increase.

Actually Tom, we first installed the 4" turboback exhaust on my old 500R setup. We saw around a 20RWHP increase, IIRC.

WGT Auto developments race ported with ceramic apex seals ( IANNETI )
Lower compression rotors ( 8.5 : 1 )
Small HKS TO4E turbo setup with 44mm HKS external
Blitz radiator + Blitz Intercooler
HKS downpipe+midpipe+cat back ( Carbon - Ti )
HKS Air filter + Blitz Blow off valve
Apexi PFC + commander + Greddy profec B spec 2 boost control
2x550 primary + 2x 1680 sec + single walbro 255 lt/h pump
Greddy RE10 ( leading ) and RE11 trailing sparc plugs
HKS GMAX double clutch setup
Nitto NT05R 275/40/17 rear tyres

Car was tuned in 2004 and is still running the same setup. No failures , no faults , perfect. Normal boost is 19psi and big boost is 23,5psi. Power is only 480 at the engine due to small turbo but the car has been on a drag track and running only 15psi we did a 11.8@129 mph

The car was built in 2004 ans since I have traved 3 times from England to Greece and back ( 7000 klm ) and over 30.000 klm in Corfu. I leave in a small island and travel distances are small.

I would say no more than 40.000 klm but every single one of them has been done with 18psi or over and very aggressive driving. The car may only have 480ps but it runs like a bike. I can outrun any 600cc motorcycle. Thats how good it is

As said last post Id put up my cars spec and I will add pics as soon as I can as my card reader is playing up.

95 bathurst type X

large street port motor
cleraranced rotors
huge GT45 turbine
twin scroll manifold
60mm external wastegate (plumbed back into downpipe)
4" - 3" downpipe
rotary extrem fuel system
1680cc sec
850cc prim
motorsport racing FPR
twin gtr fuel pumps
Greedy Elbow
Greedy 10s + 11s
Greedy profec B
radtec V-mount setup (1000hp capacity)
8mm magnecor leads
blitz bov
Excedy hyper twin plate clutch
light weight flywheel
alloy pulleys
3inch intercooler piping
short shifter
solid engine mounts

Everything can be removed has been double throttle etc

The car blew on the dyno on approach to 850hp well was more like 834hp and caused some serious damage only getting round to doing the rebuild now as customers cars come first. But said will be getting down to 750hp but to be honest still too risky with price of housings and rotors, which we all know yes these numbers can be made but on a 2 rotor its way too much stress. but luckly for me im in the great british weather so its always cold dont have to fork out just yet for meth injection kit but will be soon just to drop the temps bit more. But alot the pictures will have the engine out and the ones that the engine was in you can see its been sorta neglected as I lost heart after the detonation so alot of corrosion but as you can see from new pictures of engin on stand etc Iv got the heart back to keeping it right

also like to add I have since change the engine kit to an RA super seal kit. And the boost level and fueling have since been adjusted down to run a max of 750hp on very minimal occasions. this is on pump super unleaded gas with an extra 200-1 super tt mix through in to help at high rmps as most know help prolong engine life.

ok well il get pictures up soon as
