Holy crap Chris... try to take a picture with you sitting in the back of the car, like you did in your T2 Kidding- hopefully Ray's fix will work. I tried the links but they go to a maintance page.

The Mazmart thing sounds cool. I'll totally request that day off of work the next time I get a chance. I like the Deals Gap run too but I doubt I'll be able to afford to drive all that ways. Maybe... I'll see with this gas crap.

Anyone feel like taking a drive to NC? The Crossroads crew is having a meet this Sunday at Lake Norman. I'll be cruising down from VA. It would be cool if some of you could come up.

I'd love to Kent but I've got to work this weekend, we need to refinance the house. I'll get up that way once we're on Easy Street.

More links to the bin rust repair for Chris:

Yeah... about that. I doubt I'd be able to get enough cash anytime soon for that white one, so I'll have to pass on it. But you should totally get your buddy to check out the 'vert. I've cleaned it up a little bit...

And AHH I spent $30 freakin bucks that I didn't have on new gaskets today. There all on with the original cat-delete pipe, and it's a LOT quieter. I need new bolts though, since the ones I found lying around my uncles garage are mis-matched. And one of my header bolts backed out of the motor. Could I get a replacement one from Mazda? There's a slight ticking that's coming from there, but nothing crazy. Happy me...

Should make it out with the brown RX3 & a 65,000 mile 79 RX7 if we get it done in time! You can add Roland to the list.

In a recent survey, it was found that Chuck Norris was responsible for 92% of all American pregnancies. The remaining 8% were too fat or ugly.

Hey Chris, did you end up getting good heat out of the car once you got moving?

By the way, Mike, HERE is where the quote in my sig came from, in case you'd like to learn some of the unfortunate polictics of 7club.

You guys have a lot of time on your hands. I like Chuck, but I can assure you he has nothing to do with MY daughter's genes.

This MazMart thing sounds like fun, even if their shop rates are a joke.

So when is it and where is it at? Will 1st gens be given special privileges?

Yeah I found out that the problem we had was decoding the fan direction. Instead of little pictures of feet, heads, and windows, the S2 Rx-7 has "REC AC, VENT, BI-LEVEL SPLIT, HEAT, and DEFROST. The first 2 only work with the AC somehow, so I was getting very bad results when we had it on VENT. When I switched it over to bi-level, it kept my feet, and hands warm, and when I switched it to "HEAT" it' puts full blast down on the feet, but the idea of the time was that it rises I guess. But it WORKS well.

Also, full interior is in, both windows work, and I rebuilt/cleaned the faulty switch so it also works.

Also, I repainted the faded plastic (too lazy to steel wool like Ray) and it isn't a match of the original plastic, but it IS a match to the new seat's leather, and it ties in well.

Also, my lens arrived today and managed to get this shot from accross an entire parking lot.

(to attest to the quality of the lens, this photo has NO EDITING. It's straight out of camera with a black border.

That reminds me Chris, have you downloaded the Jan 2009 OGTA pics from your camera yet? If so please post them up!

Also some photos of your progress, a picture is worth a thousand words.

That's a nice T-bird, not sure about the folks in the photo.

I think I took like2 or 3 of the FD, I would've taken more but you insisted on leaving RIGHT when I set up the equipment which left me quite unmotivated.

Progress on the car will be posted when I have the time and sunlight to get good pictures.

The people in the photo didn't know I was there, the lens is for perverts, stalkers, and paperatzi.(j/k) but I was a semi-decent distance.
