How do you plan to retain the steel inserts in the Al housings? thermal expansion is going to be a major problem I think with any kind of press or adhesive fit.
Two options I can think of are to have press fit 'pins' on the back of the steel part which will go into lands in the aluminum, or possibly screws could be used if placed just right, IE in the coolant area and interior to the oil control rings. The steel parts actually could be screwed to each other to sandwich the aluminum ones in the center. I see you are using o-rings to seal around the ports and center oil galley, so I guess you must have some mechanical method in mind...

Haha, I'm not going to compete with John. And if I know John right, he has build his 4rotor in Solid Works for a long time also. Who knows, we maybe started at the same time but with different stuff

I'm sure he's going to be done before me, especally now when I gonna do some billet...

This is the start of my 4 billet-rotors

The work for the weekend is over. Everything takes more time then you think. And the fact that I don't work in the CNC-Lathe makes it worse...

Before cleaning...

Ohh, was it soo deep?
