This watts configuration will work well and has a better geometry than what Mazda did on the first gen. The pivot point on the chassis verses rear end is to eliminate roll center migration vertically during suspension bump/droop.

I stumbled across this from another thread while looking for CAD of engine parts. OMG! I must live in the wrong part of the world. You, John, home made 4 rotors! Great work! Look forward to progress.
Is you engine design based around 13B exact parts of have you used some artistic license and produced your own slightly unique engine? basically I have been toying with a 4 rotor engine myself for a few years and when I am done with my 3 rotor I want to look into it more. but i want to do it differently to this! I need to play around with some CAD of existing engine parts first. I would base mine around 13b parts as they are easy to come by. I wonder if you have any useful CAD that you wouldn't mind sharing. Housings, standard 2 rotor 13B e-shaft, rotors, etc? I understand if not as I know how much work will have gone into producing it. it's a long shot but I thought I would ask!

Good luck with your build though.

That looks like it will be tons of fun. Going to paint it and all or just leave it in patina?

The guy is casting his own housings and machining up rotors, and you're asking about paint?

Anyway, was stoked to see activity on this tread, only to discover it is people like me waiting for updates...

It's on the very far back burner.
Look up Mooseville Performance on facebook, he posted an update in January, but it's going sloooooow.

For anyone who (like me) has just found this thread and gotten to the end. The project is on hold while Tegheim's interests have shifted from rotaries to mountain biking and cycling. He's emphasized on his Facebook page earlier this year (Mooseville Performance) that the 4 rotor is not going away but his interests these days are on machining mountain bike parts.
