Now this is a cool project, you gotta know your stuff for what your doing.

I have a 68 Cougar I'm updating with a 4 link rear, ind front with R&P, Wilwoods...

Thank you, just for curiosity, do you have any adjustment for the upper A-arm in the front? If you have, and want to, I be glad to see more of the upper arm i closeup, maybe PM?

590 Celsius for an hour, then cut it into small small pieces and sell it on ebay

No, its an Heidenhain measure-probe in my CNC-mill at work. Not rocket-science really But very usefull!

Now the shaft is out of the owen. Have been there since friday 15:00, and are still 200 celcius now 46hours later.

Will you posted the finished CMM files or the CAD from the plates later on? Be awesome if you could run it on the ports on the plates to help make porting templates from cad.

Maybe, don't have any plans on measure the inside of the plate, because I'm going PP with the 4rotor. But if I have some time over, maybe

No, It's going to be straighted (spelling?) to avoid warping. Then I'm get it back to some more machining. Polishing will wait a bit. More to do before.
