Started pulling a friends Renesis(sad day) another rotary killed by a uniformed automotive dealership and my friend made to pay for repairs the dealership didn't even know why they did.

But I got a new radiator for my Renesis! Yeah

This will be a really cool job once we're done, though for the amount of time his 8 is down it'll be missed.

Well... I drove to- and from- work today. Not real amazing. I think Ive been daily-ing it for about 4 months now.

But today I got home and decided to pop in an old video game. I decided to check which car I left off with and, well... Lets just say I must have seen the future LOOOOONG before I ever got my car.. Even has the right color.

Oh. btw. Maybe I forgot to update the thread... I got new wheels recently.

(Did I mention, I tried buying this car 13 years ago (on the dot of this month, actually) intending to be my first car. The owner wanted waaaaaaaaaaay too much money than a kid could have.. about 3 years ago (and 10 cars later) I ran into him again, and he finally sold it. He was storing it for a profit/investment. Im just glad he kept my rightful baby in pristine condition. To say that I have a bond with the car over money is an understatement. Original owner is not happy with me, to say the least. lol.)

Installed my resonated midpipe tonight, and discovered a cracked hose on my CRV. I figure that may be why I was losing boost on my secondary, because after I fitted a new hose, no more boost loss! Also FWIW, with MP/DP/CB, I experience no boost creep whatsoever in any gear at any RPM range, perfect 10-8-10. That's with a stock ECU and non-ported wastegate. I'm not too concerned about leaning out, as I'll be dialing back the boost to 7 or 8lbs until i upgrade the ECU and fuel system. Maybe I got lucky, I dunno. PFC is enroute though, just waiting on it to install my secondary fuel rail/injectors/pump. Good night so far!

More then likely fouled out my first set of plugs on this "new" rx7 i got. I almost got it started then with every pump of the carb it got worse until it just would turn the motor but it wasnt firing. Also got my first rx7 back with all the gsl se stuff still on it. And the 4.88 gears are still in it.

one of the PO's of my car decided to rip the AC out. the weight savings is fine by me, but the constant fogged windows from a
lack of dehumidifier kinda sucks in the northwet. so i made a mini chemical dehumidifier i can put in a cupholder or behind the
seat to gently suck all that moisture outta the car.

last winter i tried using the whole bucket of DampRid, opening it when i parked and capping it when driving, but it would slide all
over the back of the car and **** me off. this little cup fits much better. i've included a little hot-to for anyone else feeling squirrelly
enough to try it themselves

after a month of neglect, finally a nice day! took the fd out, to run some arrends, got a 4way alignment finally, drives much better now! but the car still retaliated!

poped up the headlights and the driverside got stuck against the hood! and put like a 4" crack in the headlight cover!,(fd pop up covers are thin cheap plastic ).
guess ill have to look for a new one....

Wednesday I got an alignment on the fd, drives way better!, but then at night the headlight cover got stuck against the hood, and it cracked the cheap oem plastic cover about 4 inches long near the edge... guess I need a new one of those now!

yesterday- open up the fc, its full of MOULD and water yikes!, guess I shouldn't of let it sit for a month... cleaned it all up and took it out for a bit.

Went kinda nuts with the POR-15 on some engine parts. Irons look great, and the water pump is super shiny now. So much better than any other coatings I've done before that tend to rust up easily.

Annnnd almost put my s4 thru the back wall of the garage/neighbour's fence in the process! LMAO! -Don't ever forget to chock/block your wheels when jackin' the car up! Hehahahahaah!! But, all is well...NO DAMAGE. Wheeeew!

Not tryn to be Cpt Obvious but, sounds like u have a leak...sunroof, windshield, rear-hatch, tail-lights...have the same prob w/my FC...also had that problem w/an old 'Yota Corolla (ae71) turns out that the seam sealer for the pinch welds around the windows had cracked in three seperate places and was leaking into the car...fixed those...and fixed the foggy windows! (Any old autobody guy will tell ya the same, thats how I found out) -I actually pulled the interior panels out and had a buddy hold a running hose over different sections of the car at a time while I was inside it, til I found the leaks.
