god i hate laundry lists like that ... always seems like 20 really simple things to do that turn into 7 really simple things 5 things you dont have parts for, and another 8 that you cant do alone and no one you know can help you in any reasonable amount of time.

Heh, that last bit was the case for some time now, hence why things took so long...

I'm just glad Suds and Ken helped me out on the last leg of it in their spare time after Pele and I got through with the main stuff.... It was more "Well, I was around at the time" then anything else... lol

Edit: Almost forgot that I broke a sensor or two in the process, so i'll have to go back and get new ones...

Yeah, the problem was that the FSM that I had was totally wrong in the way they were supposed to be pointing...

The cams had to be facing 9 and 3 o'clock respectively on the intake and exhaust, but the FSM was more like 11 and 1, which couldn't be done....

Well i like my water to squirt out of the nozzles.. so that means i'll still have to buy a pressurized water pump along with a tank and some hoses.. then get the kits for the set up.. After that is installed then get a 3v board (cpu) to i can get accurate readings and look at it on my laptop.. then install some gauges just to watch how it flows when i'm driving. and I DONT have cruise control.. so i really wont save gas.. :-P... but i know if i do highway driving i can do 300miles(highway miles) before i get to quater tank of gas.. right now i'm at half tank and i only went 186 miles.. I think i do pretty good on gas right now.. (gotta love N/A)..

Speaking of gas it went up a whole dollar!!!!

-Hurricane issue.. Its pretty bad on tv and what i'm goin to do to help is donate some blood to red cross on friday... and again on Sat if they let me..

coke all water injection kits come with the 150psi pump you need with all fittings, tank and lines. Also they sell all the add on guages and stuff like this that makes a 300 dollar kit over 600 dollars. But 600 bucks for something that saves you money at the pump and allows you to run boost levels on seen on race gas I would say it well worth the money.

Welcome to the forum Tim. Hope to see you around in that 94.

Update on the FD:

Got the clip in my garage, I'll post pics later. Its a newer than 95 but older than 99 R2 with 40,000 on the clock.

Almsot had the engine and trans out of the front clip but ran into a few snags right at removal time. Steering lock was engaged and some of the steering crap was in the way of the exhaust so I ended up having to destroy and remove the ignition cylinder like a car jacker and turn the switch with a screw driver.

After resolving that, the next time I tried to lift the engine out, I decided against lifting both the engine and trans out at the same time so I'm going to remove the trans first tonight, and then the engine.

Well gas just shot up about 1 whole dollar per gallon.. so i'll be pedalling for a while to save my gas money for upgrades.. i spend 30 bucks just about every 3 days.. so i'll save my self 60 bucks a week.. and will surely have water injection by Christmas.. :-D.. the cold is where our cars runs the best anyway.. (does it come with a heater for the water in the winter? )

here are some of the water/meth injection guidelines. I love the one where it recommends more than 25-26lbs of boost without a intercooler! Damn that **** is crazy. I just need to find out how much meth costs and how available it is to tune a 93/water/meth map. I see 600-700rwhp dyno sheets in the future with this combo of cooling and octane boosting.

General Guidelines
If you have no intercooler or running more than 25-26 lbs of boost we recommend the 150 psi pump. This pump has the best atomization of any pump on the market.
If you have more than 500 HP we recommend a dual nozzle kit
If you run a supercharger we recommend a single stage kit (if more than 500 HP consider a dual nozzle)
If have a turbo and daily drive your car and suffer from detonation/pinging we recommend the dual stage
If you just drag race we recommend a single stage kit
If you have a turbo and have alot of heatsoak we recommend the dual stage
if your just looking for extra power and not having any pinging problems and on a budget we recommend a single stage kit

I always have the parts I need.

. . . .

. . . . .
....

...then again, it might be because I've owned five parts cars.

BTW: I want to sell a whole lot of my stuff and donate the money to the mission in the Dominican Republic that I was at before. They're doing some great stuff down there.

SO!

My PS2 and all games, my Dreamcast and all games, my TVs and monitors, all kinds of stuff, all for sale!

Hey, jason, let me know if fixing that wire/sensor works for you. If not, I guess I'll try to come up again next week.

Tiny ones. One of them is free.

I think they're 15 inches or so. One of them is kinda old, it is a coal burning TV.

Cars, they're supposed to be about freedom.

The joy of the open road, the wind in your hair! The whine of a rotary engine at 7,900RPM just begging to go higher, comming hard into turns and knowing you can push it even harder, laying hard on the breaks without even a hint of fade!

Oh yes, and modifying these cars is a dream! Fantastic! They're unbeliveably easy to work on, and now thanks to the MegaSquirt, your mechanical and engeneering ability is the limit! Parts cost almost nothing and knowlage is plastered everywhere for the inquiring mind.

The rotary community rules, tons of intelegent people who dont mind inovating once in a while.

But, of course, those are just the perks.

(Rant starts here)

The price of Gas is skyrocketing, at $3.11 here, it's almost unbearable. The price of car insurence is unbelivable, personally, it costs me a bit over $1400 a year. Traffic is horrable and almost all other drivers are clueless clods who couldnt care less who they cut off or almost crash into. The speed limits are DISMALLY low, and when you DO find a nice open streach of road (away from the miles of stop-and-go), you KNOW the police are there and fully ready to make you pay. and pay. and pay. I owe the state of Maryland $187 because of a mistake MY insurence company made. I owe the state of VA $177 because I rear-ended somone at about 10mph. The MANDITORY police tow company charged me $375 to tow the vehicle. The people in the van I crashed into all got out, danced around a bit, told the EMTs to scram, gave me false drivers licence info and insurence info, and pressed charges against me for major medical damages.

The state of VA cant get it's dates right, so they suspended my licence a full month early WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME. Another $85 I owe them, and two hours in line at the DMV, a full hour away from home.

Consider, I bring home a paycheck for about $600 every two weeks, can I really afford to own a car? Is it really worth it?

Oh yes, and within the last month, i've been rear-ended on 495 TWICE by large white commercial vehicles (no, I didnt cut them off or anything).

I really hate driving in the NOVA area . . . or anywhere even remotely close to DC.

I've never driven thru that area without seeing an accident. I kinda miss texas too many open roads for the cops to troll them all and higher speed limits.

I usually plan my trips around driving around DC at 4am.
You can get around that area of 495 at ~80mph, no extra traffic to worry about.

Aww man.

It took me an hour and fifteen to get into work today.

My commute sucks.

And with Gas prices projected to keep going up . . .
. . . I think I'll just sell the car and buy survival gear X_X
