Not to change the subject, just wanted to share. I reenlisted today for another 4 years. Did it on top of a C-130, workhorse of Iraqi Freedom, aircraft 1823 to be exact. Here's some pics.
I started getting nauseus at the thought of what I was about to do (not really, acting in accordance with Dumb and Dumber). One of the pics is staged, the one where my Commander is looking at the camera. And the last pic is after we signed the paperwork.

I think I'm going to try to drive the FB to the meet this Saturday, so I can prove that I actually DO still own a rotary
I still have a lot of you guys' cell numbers on my phone in case I pop a tire and need to be rescued, heh.
speedjunkie: I think I can speak for pretty much all of us when I say thank you for continuing to serve our country. However, you should inform your superiors that you are a part of an active RX-7 club, therefore you can't be shipped out anywhere, or your car would get lonely.

I don't think I'll be making it to the meeting Saturday... this will be the first meet in a LONG time that I will miss... I think it's the first one this year, actually.
David and I have been brain storming for some fun things for the group to do together. I will have the suggested schedule posted by Tuesday.
Just so you can go ahead and plan... there will be an RRDI event the first weekend in July, on Saturday, July 1st. I'm working on having some sort of barbecue. I'll get more information to you about that event on Tuesday, as well.
Sorry I can't make the meeting, but I need to see my Sailor this weekend.
