Mr. Tools, you are now officially a member of OGTA, with all the rights and privileges therein.

Great pictures, fantastic car and impeccable Rotor Head Status, with genuine 1984 provenance, don't get no better.

We can't wait to meet you! And your car of course.

And yes, there is no doubt, the FB is the most beautiful car ever produced, nothing else comes close.

84se was my first. This one pictured is 85. Glad you like! Was there ever any doubt?!? Lol. Hey I'm tickled to be officially "IN" the OGTA. I haven't been a part of something Wankel related since my days with Mazda Rotary Club of America in the late 80's. Ain't it great!?! Thanks man!!

If that's the one in charleston I wish I could make it. Not thinking I'll be there by then, yet, but I'll be there in Spirit. I'm a machinist/tool and die designer/maker by trade but I don't wrench my own ride (go figure), So I'll be looking for somebody if I ever need one. Hope I find somebody to trust. I'm sure you guys can steer me in the right direction.

So I'm checking the OGTA thread and here's the reading on the view meter:

1,000,777

Looks like the work of the Rotary Gods, blessing this New Phase.

Mr. Tools, we can do most FB repairs in the parking lot during the monthly OGTA meetings, so you just need to get it to the lot, we'll bring the tools.

Michael is talking about the yearly DGRR meeting up in the North Carolina/Georgia/Tennessee mountains (Deal's Gap Rotary Rally), actually not that far from Ohio if it's not snowing. If not this year you should think about next year, it's a blast:

Sorry it sent accidentaly. ... Fatigue.. Guess I should slow down to 70.. Nahhhh. This might sound picky but I don't drive it in rain either. I know I know.. Wish I had a flat bed trailer. But then I'd have to have a truck!! Damn I'm sounding more pathetic the more I type. Any we will deal with these hurdles in time .

Well as frank Zappa once sang "movin to Montana soon.." I'm Movin to Savannah Soon.. Yippie yie yo Kai yay" there's got to be a cathartic correlation between me moving to Savannah and first gen's if you get what I'm saying.!! This has to be all good. Great job waiting for me passed all my drug tests, background checks and now all I gotta do is sell the machine shop pack up and head south!! Gonna take couple months so next year on the Deals Gap Rally for sure. Meantime looking forward to meeting "y'all"..!!

Congrats Tools, the Rotary Gods are working their mojo.

You are going to like it down here, Savannah is a gem.

And then there's all those RX-7s cruising the highways 12 months a year.

Nice SE

Everyone, good afternoon and happy sunny day!

I am in need of a set of SE injectors to help out a friend. I understand this is mainly a 12A gathering, (for the most part), but maybe Ray, as always, will have the rotary Gods bless him, and all in the OGTA, with the knowledge or where I may find some.

Mike, when you change your exhaust I will be interested in getting your old one for the Ghost!

Mr Tool, welcome. Love the SE. It's not an 85 Tender Blue Metallic car, but it is still very pretty. You need to get to know Carlos (leknw69) when you get to Savannah, he is down that way.

Carlos, I'll let you know when the exhaust has been swapped and we can work something out.

Fred, you asked the question of the decade, "how's the white one 2?"

Everyone getting ready for DGRR? Just 5 weeks away...

Yeah, still trying to figure out my non start condition and find a set of spacers or tires for my anni wheels or a diff set of decent wheels/tires so I can have some form of wheels to get me there. Everything else is good to go.

Cam I've got a spare Nikki if you want to give it a shot. I hear 13Bs do just fine on a Nikki and they always start. And I told you you needed to hang on to those turquoise wheels, they were the bomb.

Fred the White One 2 is now the White One 3, upgraded from an 84 GSL to an 83 GSL. It's going to be beautiful, believe me. And with the Train Wreck 12A under the hood, it will eat 13Bs for breakfast. I've been working on it lately and it's getting under my skin, not to mention the grease under my fingernails.

You need to tell the wife and boss enough is enough, the wide body beckons and you won't be happy unless it gets its way.

And they want you to be happy, right? We need to see that thing registered, DGRR would be better.

Mike, Elvis Presley had a Tender Blue Metallic Mustang, are you sure you want to go there?

It's kind of a Miata color, don't you think?
