AWESOME Tommy! I love how you doubled the count too.
Ray, we always said we need you at the meets to take the pics and keep everyone straight on the counts.

Good idea Mike, that will count for 2 12A's.

Figures, as soon as I give up on the silver rewinds and commit to the stock (but exotic) 83 LS wheels, Rick would be selling his.

6 months ago I would have been all over those wheels and tires, they are pretty.

And Tommy, nice work on the creative math. It's about time FE's got a little respect.

And of course, you know what we call an Old Guy with an FE, right?

Yep, an OGFE.

I can't believe a BBS wheel looks better than those Rewinds Robert, you got pics?

I think he's probably getting divorced or something and needs some quick cash.

I figure the FEs are starting to get out of warranty so its time they got a little more credit.

Those are pretty, look a bit like the 83 LE wheels painted black. Of course, just about anything would look good on that white car.

Thanks,

I searched for years to find them and the decision to go to 114.3 bolt pattern was very difficult because I hated to lose them so much, but sometimes sacrifices have to be made, and I have to admit I llike the new ones as well.

Ray, go ahead and buy the Rewinds. You can mount the LE wheels on Cathy's lawn mower. Yeah, yeah, I know you have bolt pattern issues. But, after you swap a GSL LSD rearend into the lawn mower then the wheels will fit.

I'd love to get those rewinds Mike and under normal circumstances I would, but the home improvements will be pushing our budget to the limits for the next 12 months. Why don't you buy them and I'll buy them from you for $600 next summer? That's a 20% return on your investment, better than the stock market for sure.

Speaking of buying stuff, did you see this?:

Nice car there Ray, even comes with matching gray booster seat. I can't figure out why the tires look like they have been slimed.

I better look away. If this thing is still for sale when I get back from vacation, I might be making a trip to Seneca.

I know I'm a bit late replying to this hilarious post, but OGTA does have some distant connections to chicken slaughtering. Tray and I had a NE chapter OGTA meeting (still below the Mason Dixon line)

Here are some pics of the the extracurricular activities.

Apparently the offspring from a Chevy V8 powered FD bred to a 12a powered FB is a boxer powered 911 and a drift AE86.

Using a smart phone and the 7 Club app is a bit frustrating as there is not a post preview option that I can find.

Tray was using my excavator in the pouring rain to bury chicken innards and feather as well as a groundhog that the dogs brought up. Another pic that didn't attach to the last post is of Jenny and Tray having just killed some chickens.

Even though he's a Marine, he claims this was his first confirmed kill.

You're my kind of man Aaron, chicken innards, feathers and dead groundhogs is a language I speak.

And all those country germs are going to make your kid's immune systems top notch, no allergies, autism or autoimmunity for you guys.

Nice work!

Nice work!
Not to mention a consistent dose of 12a fumes! Good for what ails ya!

Tray is thinking about adding chicken slaughtering, along with pumpkin carving, to the activities list for B3R 2013.

So you think it's a scam Chad? Now that you mention it, it does look a bit too good to be true.

I like the chicken activities idea at B3R Aaron, we can sacrifice a few to the Rotary Gods. And toss the innards to the bears.

Ya, would say so but I could be wrong. I would pay the asking price if it was real. I miss my gslse and have always loved the tender blue. Plus it would get me back into a first gen.........

I'm taking a pole, which spark plugs are better for the 12a, the NGK's or Denso's?

Time for a summer tune up!
