Chris, when I get back, we're setting up a day you can come down to my place and we'll overhaul my braking system.

Absolutely, man. That wasn't intended as a mean-spirited jab, so I'm sorry if it came across that way. I don't think Collin would take it as anything but a joke.

By the way Collin,, how are you making out up there? Did they get a look at the truck this morning?

I agree! And if the new practice does well in the next month I may be able to track it at ZF 09' In need of tuning and tires. Maybe I can get Rotorsports to tune it while at ZF....Hmmmm

Crit, because you were so interested, wanted to let you know that all of the orifices have been plugged with the appropriate size corks and no one went to jail..

Now I am down to dealing with the warm air intake on the bottom of the snorkle. I'ld like to remove the flapper and block the hole where the warm air hose used to be. Anyone have a good solution for blocking that hole? That's got to be like 1.5" ID.

I've always busted the flapper door and left both inlets open. While you might pick up some warmer air (not while you're moving) it might offset that loss by being better-flowing.

How 'bout a really big cork Mike? Corks are like the interior version of duck tape, I use them for everything. I should have one that will fit that hole, I'll check while I'm out in the parts shed checking on some things for one of the mods (and you ask how I don't get banned?)

Check out Greg the Elder's new brown velour interior:

Hang in there Collin, at least you've got work there in VA.

They drove the truck this morning and called to tell me 4th was and now 3rd are toast. I was thinking to myself: "Of course, dumbass!" Anyways, they only have one 'transmission' table and there's one there already, so they're gonna pull the tranny apart as soon as they can to decide repair or replace and whatnot...should be out of here by like Wednesday hopefully. But likely not..

Let me know if you find a cork that will work, Ray.

Greg, nice job on the interior. I am still partial to the gray checkered interior. When Kevin the Elder dies I get his gray seats, I called it.

Crit, I've got to be able to save 0.001' C by closing that hole. That is probably worth about +1 hp (hamster power).

Look what I figured out how to use - multi-quote

Here ya go Mike, I checked the tolerances and they are less than 0.000000000' C, whatever that means.

You can squeeze that cork down in there tighter than an oyster fart, as the multiquote goes.

I was trying to say "one one-thousandth of a degree Celsius". Crit is an Eng-i-near, they love stuff like that.

How many hamster power do you think I can add by plugging up the warm air hole? Heck, the cork with the screw in it ought to be worth a couple hp all by itself.

Wait 'till Kevin sees I want to be added to his will...

Hey y'all. John Douglass here from Columbus, Ga. I drove thru Dekalb County yesterday on the way to my cousins house and spotted a white early model rx7 drivin down a road called lavista, I think. It said "sexypantz" on the back which I got a kick out of. between the driving and bumper decal I decided they had to be a girl. Anyone know who she was?

Yeah that's a girl in our club, her name is Christina. She's pretty nice, but she's kind of a bitch sometimes. We call her Rag Doll.
