nope, that was probably a combination of a defective plug along with the wires that grip too tight.

Sorry to hear that, Mike. You do know that the best cure for anything that ails you is several deep breaths of rotary exhaust followed by a large glass of magical brown elixir? I might even know of a place nearby where you can get both of those...

Hope you get to feeing better.

Thanks, Tommy.

Us Old Guys are under strict doctors orders not to go out on cold evenings and risk catching pneumonia.

So along with Mike and Brett I need to stay home tonight and keep my toes close to the fire.

Y'all have fun and please don't harass the waitresses.

No one here owns jackets?!

lol, jk. I doubt there will be a lot of car gawking. It's gonna be like "This is my car, lets go eat".

I might go early so I can get some beers in to warm me up.

Had this happen to me once, on two plugs at the same time. Away from home with no spares on the car. It happened because I took too long to do a tune up. Either you did the same thing or you driving the car like it needs to be driven, Hard!!!

Carlos! Dang, I thought you died.

Or was it that you moved to New Jersey, I can't remember.

Looking forward to seeing you at the February 2, 2016 OGTA meeting, we should have some RX's lined up for you to look at by then.

Greg the Elder, I think Carlos is right about not driving the car enough and waiting too long between tune-ups, what happens is some entropy gets in there between the plug and wire and fuses the molecules.

More driving, more wrenching, more messing will keep this kind of thing from happening.

Well we made it back home safely tonight, although I got pulled over by a cop at the 2nd red after pulling out at taco Mac. Luckily the cop was really cool and just wanted to ask about the car, he said it looked cool but had no idea what it was lol.

"Do you know why I pulled you over son?"
No sir.
"Cause this is a really nice car you have here and If you decided to try to run from me I wouldn't know what to even say on the scanner."

Yeah we were all like what the heck I haven't had time to do anything wrong. He didn't even ask for none of my paper work, insurance or registration, but the cop was really young looking, if I had to guess I'd say late 20s.

To me all cops look like high school kids with bad uniforms. Well, except for State HWY Patrols,
who always look like huge ex-marines with those chin straps holding their hats on.

Which car were you in Kevin?

I'd have pulled you over myself if I saw you in the SE or one of those SA's or RX-4's or REPU's you've been selling lately.

Glad you're feeling better Mike!

Anybody got a 12A count and some pictures?

We were in the rx4, my friend didn't want to drive a 7 by himself so he, I and my brother were packed in the 4. Which actually wasn't too bad we were all surprised.

Nice, thanks Cam!

Those white FD's sure are pretty at night.

We need more details on the RX-4, anybody got any of those?

Here's one for sale, for those with dough:

That's ^a different rx4 I wouldn't want to drive the blue one that far with a 513 gear rear end and 4 speed trans. But the sucker will pick both front wheels up in the air.
