This was my actual second car. Around 1987-1989 time frame when I sold it.

I'm running the Rx8 leading plugs in my 12A. Seem to work great but they're pricey and I think
NGKs at that.

Nice ride Billy, can't wait to see it all cleaned up. What about that REPU?

I've compared and used the NGK's and Denso's new side by side and don't find any basis for saying one is better than the other, they're pretty much the same plug.

However given the overall preference of most rotorheads for the NGK's and the small price difference you list, might as well go with the NGK's.

I wait for the Denso's to get on Rockauto's wholesale closeout list and buy a bunch for about half the price, I think I paid $1.93 each for the Denso's last time I purchased from Rockauto and have three sets left.

For some reason you can find deals on the Denso's but never on the NGK's. For example, here's some on ebay for $2.25 each, free shipping (9 available).

Billy, what's the plans for the new RX-2? What's its condition? What's under the hood? Got any more pics?

Not going to start on the rx2 till the REPU is complete. Been working crazy hours and haven't touched it in a month.

The Rx2 is super straight, no rust. Just a roller. It did spend some time as a drag car as indicated by the holes in the hood where the flywheel exploded

Not sure if I will take it back to 1988 when I had it before or do something new with it.

Greg, if you act today, you can get two sets (8 plugs) of new DENSO 3104 W25EDR14 spark plugs for $10, including tax and shipping:

Denso Spark Plug 3104 W25EDR14 Brand New | eBay

Michael, the registration that came with the car indicates that Ben is correct about the previous RX-4 owner.

P.S. Does anyone have a TII motor/trans/ECU that they'll part with? I'd be in the area around the 4th of July, so I'd be picking up then.

I'm still selling if someone's buying, but I can't find a buyer. I don't have a way to get a title honestly. So unless someone can do bill of sale purchase, I'm just gonna bring down south.

I know Ray and family want it gone, so I'm trying to get it out of there ASAP.

I can buy it, title it and sell it slick as a wisk. Cost me about $25 Kevin, which you will need to pick up.

So I sell to you, you get it titled for $25(which I pay for), and then I can sell it as titled? How do we do this? I'm 100% for it if I know it'll sell after.

I'll check with the registry to see if it's street legal and get the details.
