Yes that's the new shed I built to store parts and have a place to rebuild 12As. Then I took down the carport where all the parts were stored and now I need to replace the windows and siding on the house before getting back to building 12As. One thing leads to another.

I heard a rumor the RX-4 is sold, can anybody confirm?

Looks like you guys had a good time there Aaron, but next time Trey asks what he can bring for dinner tell him to get the chicken at the grocery store, they're easier to cook.

Check, will be at the mountain and Billy's. If we can meet somewhere 30-60 mins from the mountain for a meet/dinner/etc....... or maybe all go bowling or something like that to hang out for a little, would be great for the families to hang together.

Im bringing some Rx8 seats down with me. Still have some nice S5 black seats, S2 low back black seats and tons more parts if anyone needs something let me know and If it will fit I will bring it.

Wiper Arm Problem

I pulled the wiper arm out of my car this weekend. It seems to be missing a bushing on the drivers side. When it is raining the wiper flops around with about 2" to 3" of play.

Does anyone have any experience with these?

It looks like it still might be good. Have you tried popping it back into place yet?

This is a bit tricky, you need to get everything lined up just right and put some good pressure on that rim to make sure it's seated right.

Geraldo would be the perfect owner for your RX-4 Quad.

My FC had the exact same thing happen about 6 months back. I couldn't get it to snap back into place, so I used a spare assembly that I had. I was thinking that there might be a way to put some washers behind that or something to hold the arm and press it back into the plastic piece.

Hmmm, bowling. Lets get a read in possible attendees. There are places near Lawrenceville or Snellville which is close to the mountain and not far for most.

Billy, I haven't bowled since I was 14. I'm better at basketball at this point than bowling. and that ain't good.

But in my prime I bowled in the 200's. We talking regular pins or candles?

How 'bout if we make it Ping Pong? Ping Pong gives us elders an edge.

There must be some good Ping Pong bars in Lawrenceville.

Sorry Ray, the last ping pong bar in the area shut down last month. They turned it into a biker bar cause they were looking for a less rowdy clientele.

Ray: What would hold it in place once I pop it back in? Seems like it would just come loose again. Does anyone have a picture of what a complete assembly looks like?

I was hoping to join you guys for bowling, ping pong etc in my fresh out of dear homicide prison (body shop) SA that I hoped to pick up today. (A great big thanks to everyone who helped me come up with some key parts btw).

Anyway, I went to pick it up and the color match was not quite what it should have been, so its back in prison for a while longer to get some slightly different paint.

Dogone it!!

Perfection is a bitch Robert, but it has to be.

Greg I think you just press that white plastic grommet back into the hole on the wiper drive arm. Clean up the grease first so it's not so slippery and friction fit it home. I'll see if I can find an assembly to take a picture of this evening.

I wish I could say it's my invention but I bought it from a guy who used to race over at Road Atlanta, who put it together from parts.

I imagine those socket joints can be purchased for not two much, then you just fabricate the rods to be the same linear dimensions as the wiper assembly connectors.

I haven't tried it yet but I think I'll install the modified one when I put my current project together and see how it works.

Zack I think that's a "no" on the Lake House reschedule date question.

Just in time for the summer barbeque season, a new use for those extra X-wheels sitting around the yard.
