Hey Ray ,
I just saw Paul on Sunday , he was playing ultimate Frisbee with us at Arcade Park. He still has the Rx but rides a bike most the time at school. Ray I also have a parts request, in your warehouse of spare parts do you have the hose that comes off the slave cylinder. I have a new slave cylinder, but the hose has damage threads.

It would be great to see Paul and that beautiful SA of his (or better yet get him to sell it to me).

I believe I have a new clutch hydraulic line, I'll check. I bought it and then never installed it because I went with the SS version. I'll bring it tomorrow or if you can't make it then we can arrange for a Jefferson rendezvous.

Thanks Ray,

I can stop by tonight if your home, we can work out the details on how many cases of Coors it will take to offset your stock reduction.

Looks like the rain will clear out right around 5:30-6:00 pm, just in time for the December meeting, and we're going to have shirt sleeve weather.

The Rotary Gods are smiling on us.

Hope to see a few Old School's this evening!

So Ray, does "shirt sleeve weather" mean we have to wear sleeves? Or does that mean they're optional? Bring your camera, we need you to take the pics.

From thefreedictionary.com: shirtsleeves The state of wearing no coat, jacket, or other outer garment over one's shirt: dined in shirtsleeves; balmy weather that had them down to their shirtsleeves. adj.

I was going to try to make it out tonight, but my low-tread rear tires advised me to play it safe and hang around the house. So until I get my Christmas bonus I'm going to try to stay out of the rain

Sounds like a lot of folks started out for the meeting but got turned back by Atlanta rush hour traffic and the pouring rain, a nasty combination.

The weather might also explain why a lot of folks showed up in Boingers, they wanted to be in something with air bags.

Anyway, the weather was perfect shirtsleeve weather as I promised and a good bunch of hardy folks took full advantage.

We had a great meeting. Here's the Report:

12-6-11 OGTA Meeting Photos:

At first it looked like I was going to be the only one to show up

Then sure enough, as soon as the rain let up (just like I promised) the shirtsleeve weather set in and rotaries and rotor heads started to fill up the lot.

There was one FD (new guy, sorry didn't get his name):

And one FC (Kristi's PrePro)

Size: 115.7 KB

And a bunch of FE's, mostly Silver Ones:

Tommy's Silver One with the nice wheels

Holly's Silver One which has no quirks

Sting's Silver One, with the Lambo doors

Louis' Silver One:

And Billy's Gray Ghost:

It was an odd meeting, lots of perfectly good rotorheads showed up in boingers. Oh well, I guess you need to have Boinger Night every once in awhile.

Rotorheads in Boingers:

Collin (VW bug)

Dean (Monster Truck)

Gene (1st Gen Miata)

Peggy and Wylie (some sort of Detroit Behemoth; no photo)

Also I forgot to take a picture of Jeremy's RX3 because there were so many people around it all the time I couldn't a clear shot, but it still looks a lot like it did last meeting, real pretty. (I did overhear them talking about some kind of new carb set up)

I saved the best part for last, the FB's of course:

Thanks Holly. Nice Math.

You guys did notice the perfect OCD alignment on the Silver One this evening, right?

Great meet for a rainy night in Georgia.

Impressive showing for the FEs.

I think the Silver One would look really good with some Lambo doors along with that perfect OCD. What do you guys think?

Hope to see everyone at the Jan meet.

Sorry to miss you last night Mike, I hope Michelle is feeling better.

And while I do like most of your "upgrade" ideas for the FB (RB headers, 2GDFI, no AC, even the tacky 2G strut covers) Rambo Doors on the Silver One ain't gonna happen.

Marco you mean THIS teal blue SE with a back seat?
