At the rate you are going through Sea Foam, I should buy stock in the company.

I added my usual can with each oil change on Sunday. Also, swapped in the SS clutch hose and bled the clutch good. I really like the pedal feel.

I'll touch base with you later in the week to see where you are at come Sat. If you are working on the boys I may be able to get to Jefferson for a few hours.

The White One and the Silver One are GIRLS, Mike, GIRLS. It's fun to put those SS lines in, how's your brake lines? We could add that to the list of Saturday's chores.

Hey I just noticed the OG@TA card in your what ever they call that thing over on the left is, nice!

HERE is the forum link for this week. I've got to change my registration from Time Only (TO) to a normal modfied class, just so I can run in the morning. I'll get pantsed, but so be it. You coming down to Turner Field, Collin?

Sorry for the gender faux pas. I just need to come up with an excuse to buy new brake lines. Then I will do those.

I think the thing on the left is called and avatar. Its kind of small, but it does show off your handy work.

Actually that line photo came from Kent and I think the "Not Slow" was from Brett. I stole the rotor from some other rotary club.

So you gonna go demolish their cones or what?

Oh, look who decided to become social...? Just kidding, I wasn't serious about making babies with Tara...

And that autocross sounds cool. Maybe I could hitch a ride with Collin if he decides to go.

And Ray- just what are you doing with those FB's? How come you're breaking into the silver one?

I'm signed up, and definitely going. I spoke with Crit and Holly about an idea though.

I've got a fold out pop up kinda thingy canopy that I can bring...and a big ice cooler (Someone else should bring the ice though) and/or a water dispensing cooler. I'll also be bringing a big bag of wrenches and sockets...wax...blue tape...extra oil for my car and all the water I'll be drinking and maybe a 12 pack of coke.

I also have folding tables, but I do not believe that any will fit in my car. If I recall, my mother bought a double folding table that (if she has it) I can fit in my car as well. If not, if we want a table, someone will have to come to my house and bring it in their car.

I know Crit and I will be attending the event and Holly MIGHT (We hope!) be coming along for support and stuff. Whoever else in the OGTA that is coming should speak up and let me know what they are bringing. If you want to bring more drinks, or snacks or a big tarp to use as a 'floor' or extra folding chairs (I think I have a few, not sure) that'd be great.

Ray, are you coming? Mike?

And Crit, about that braking comment...if you'd like, we could put identical wheels and tires on both cars and do the same test again. I can guarantee you Ray would prefer the brakes on my car. :-D

Just remember that I've got less to stop than you do. Remember also that my rear wheels are dead square in a straight stop - yours aren't. If we both run in TO, then I think AutoX will be a good data point for EFI FB vs FC.

Sunday is a rough day for me to do Autox. If I do not have meeting (church board) Sunday afternoon, I will wonder down to Turner Field. If I luck out, maybe I can pay at the gate and get a chance to run. If not, I can cheer on the rotary crowd.

Will anyone be at Turner Field in the afternoon?

So come on down, Rotorious. Cletus is running in his class, I'm in Time Only, and Collin is running in the Novice group (instruction plus 4 runs, typically). You'd have a hard time being competitive, as the TIII would go in an unrestricted class (plus it's already late in the season), but come on down and goof off with me and Collin.

You guys are party animals, what's that the third RX-7 event happening in the next few weeks? I can hardly keep count, much less keep up. So I won't be autotoxing this time but hope to make it to the Walter Mitty thing if I can get at least one of the 7's put back together by then.

Collin, on the brakes, I love my 1st gen brakes. I can rebuild them with my eyes closed and they stop FBs as fast as they need to stop - in fact I got rear ended in my tan 84 GSL out on 85 when I was the only vehicle that did manage to get stopped for an accident that happened in front of us.

Ya'll have fun and don't stop too fast if Collin is behind you!

Is anybody going to be bringing snacks or drinks or ice? I'm bringing the canopy and probably the table and if I can fit them, two folding chairs. I'm also adding to the list my glass cleaner, microfiber towels, tools and such.

Collin, I am still not sure about making it down there. I should know more by Saturday. I will be happy to bring some snacks and ice. But I will let you all know Saturday. Also I can bring a couple of chairs.

$40.00 non-member.

Holly, you gotta come!!!!! You're like the whipped topping on every OGTA meet, it's just not the same without you! Plus, I'm pretty sure I won't be able to fit any chairs in my car with the canopy and the folding table. lol

Ray, you and I need to go for a drive in my car just to solve this whole brake thing. I'll accelerate to 70mph and give it the beans on the brakes. I've done this many times, and it's a lot of fun but it can hurt your face. Feels like it's being ripped off!

I'm still planning what I'm doing on Saturday, as far as interior work and other stuff. Haven't really gotten to Sunday in my head just yet.

I expect I'll be down there early, but didn't know if they do ALL tech inspection in the morning, or if they still have lunchtime tech and registration for the afternoon runners. Tim, do you know?

Will any of you guys be at Turner Field Sunday afternoon? If so and I am free, I will take a drive down to hang out and cheer.
