Sorry i couldnt make it out this time guys, it was my brother's 21st birthday and I wasnt gonna miss it. I am 100% sure I will be at the next one with my 1st gen though. Im gettin new tires put on it in a couple of weeks.

 

Good meet. Now lets see how many in row we can do. Next one is Nov 11 (seond sunday of the month) Same place, same time.

 

Sounds good at this piont. I love the pics Stu! Except for that crappy SA in the middle . I don't think I'll ever give it the love I give the Turbo FB. Get used to seeing the SA for a while. I'm going to try and upgrade the exhaust to 3", and try a MSD (or equivalent) over the winter. If I can get rid of that first gear stumble, I'm golden! Still, the SA did represent on the back roads, right? Good times!

My brother had his 21st birthday party It was sunday afternoon. Im also waitin to get some tires on the SA. The ones on there now are bout 13 years old. I dont want to risk driving at highway speeds for that long on them. It will def be at the next meet.


And ya i know thats what i said last time but I wasnt aware of my brothers party at that time so...ya

 

hey, i'm rushing i'm not even going to put the good turbo on just so i can get it out for now. i miss driving it so much!!! i'll fab up the 4" downpipe and **** later after break-in, then the real fun begins.

dyno won't be here for another couple weeks anyways

 

Good news. I am going to look at tires tomorrow and hopefully I will get some for it. Also going to look at some speakers for my baby too!

BTW: for the black lip, parts under the skirts, rear underbumper part and the winshield cowl, Mother's Back to Black restorer works amazingly well

 

Yeah, I found a really good deal on GReddy IC used and a brand new RB single tip, so that's what I'll have on there. I bought a breaker bar to get the PPF bolts loose and just put the diff. brace on yesterday. I haven't had a chance to take it out to really feel the difference, but driving around town, there is a little better feeling to the rear end.

 

Hey, if any of you guys run across, or know someone who has a 3" downpipe for a S-4 turbo they would sell, let me know. I would like to try and get the exhaust upgraded over the winter on the Turbo FB. I hope to bring it back out to the next meet. I hated bringing the SA out the last time, and letting the rest of the first gens keep up with me .

 

oh my gaawwwwd, I just realized that Nov. 11th is Streetwars @ The Rock!!!!!! everyone should hit it up!! last 1/4 mile event of the year i believe and it's gonna be a good one.
