yeah but seriously, name one good speed metal band that hasn't sold out other than all that remains and megadeth. i'm geting to where i just cant listen to metallica anymore. still cant get over i paid retail for pathetic magnetic the day it came out.
Personally I could care less weather or not the band has sold out, the thing is ALL bands eventually sell out so they can make some money. I just listen to the stuff, and if it happens to instill a rhythm that I can drive to...well that works better for me. Either way it matters not, all i have for a radio right now is my mp3 player and some headphones, which suits the NA just fine as the mp3 player weighs less than a pound vs. the 20+ pounds of stereo components and misc. hardware/wiring. The conquest however, its going to gain a few more pounds whenever I decide to put a new system into it, as its going to just be daily transport till I find something that can become a tow vehicle.
hellbent quit, jimi pretty much walked off and pursued new hobbies such as AWD's and motorcycles. hitokiri hasn't posted on here since he got owned by me a few pages ago....cody never really posted on here much anyway, jonathon has been gone over a year now....
its just me, you, and derrick anymore. we should get together for a 3 RX-7 meet somwhere and call it "the remains of east tennessee rotary club" lol

ok so i was about to replace my caliper, and i cant get the ******* wheel off. i removed the old caliper and put the new rotor on about 2 days ago, then i just put the wheel back on and let the car sit for about 2 days, fedex delivered the caliper today, and when i went to take the wheel off it wouldnt come off, i tugged as hard as i could for over an hour and nearly through my back out trying to get it off.
any advice? i have never had anything like this happen before...i just wana replace my damn caliper!!

ha! they were lose trust me, completly off man. unless i got the wrong rotor i cant think of any other reason why this would happen. when i compared the two rotors they look the same...maybe it was off fractionally. idk. as soon as i get home form work tomorrow i'm going to give it a few licks with sledge and see if that works...but if not...i'm fucked.
a pully puller? never heard of it man. i dont see how i'm going to get to autozone with no pressure in the brake pedal! ha...my life sucks lol
there is no caliper on the right rear, i removed it so i could exchange it for the new one.

well i dont know if its a pully puller but it has three arms and a big screw in the middle you just put those arms in the lug holes and tighten the screw and it should pop off. i think its a hub puller some thing like that sorry cant give a better discription
i think i know what you're talking about, they use a similar device to pull jammed mouth pieces out of brass instruments, only its smaller. (yes, i was a trumpet player at one point in my life. i thought those days were long forgotten.)
Its a pulley puller. I have one from when I was pulling the hubs off my NA back when it was still 4 lug. AutoZone should have one thats around 30 bucks. 3 jaw puller with a center screw. You attach the jaws to the outer edge of the rotor, then carefully align the center to the axle center and begin to 'tighten' the puller. It should pop it free with relative ease.
By the way, have you tried some penetrating oil to see if that would help matters?
