Accessories complete with p/s pump.
The bolts required for the pump at two m8x1.25 60mm long and one m8x1.25 107long. I used two m8x1.25 60mm and a m8x1.25 100long, missing about a quarter inch but the other two fit perfectly with room for something longer. Busted myself in the face with my ratchet as well.
Edit: I think I may have thought of an idea for a 13b alt upgrade without a dual pulley. The belt I had to use for the power steering is called a stretch fit belt, it wasn't that much of a bitch to install but is also self tightening so no need for a tensioner on an alt.

Idea for intercooler piping. OK so with a remote setup I am going to need about 10 foot of piping to get the charged air back to the intake manifold. The diameter I want to run will be 3" turbo outlet to 4" stage 1 intercooler inlet, 3" stage 1 outlet to 2.75" 2nd stage inlet 2.75" all the way to the throttle body. And here is how I am going to do it... I am going to use clown balloons to fill up space. Next I will cover them with paper mache with a final layer of wax. I will then coat the wax with a release agent and wrap it with fiberglass cast tape. Let it dry then use a heat gun to melt the wax so that everything can be pulled out easily. I will then fit some plastic or metal rings at the ends for a proper lip. I'll use one final layer of fiber glass or carbon fiber tubing and dip the entire pieces in resin to seal it. Sand, paint and go. Thoughts?

I think I've figured out your fuel issue. With manifold pressure and length of fuel lines and size you're probably losing 20psi at the injectors. The ID of the fuel line is ¼".

Some quick news, ordered my clutch kit, flywheel bolts and pp bolts, should be here next week. Hopefully that same week I'll get my car moved to the same location as my motor so I can ****** out the rotary and get to work cleaning up the engine bay of nonessentials.
Edit: I picked up my gt flywheel about a month ago
Do you guess think I should get it resurfaced? It still has the original machine marks from Ford.

I think I'll run it as is, wouldn't want the throw off the balance with a **** poor resurfacing. Not bad for $75, clutch kit was $281 on late model restorations, flywheel bolts $15 from cjpony and pressure plate bolts $12 from Ford(only got Incase kit doesn't come with.)

Side by side comparison (new gt flywheel bolts, stock 3.7 flex plate bolts to the right)
I would attach the transmission but I don't have the correct dowel pins(Dec. 5th backordered) and the angle is all off and I don't want to put pressure on the bearings etc.

Edit: forgot it's an open diff w/3.55 gears, should help fuel mileage and quarter times

Flywheel installed
Complete, I will probably need to remove the transmission for a slave cylinder spacer. Measures from front pulley to drive shaft 3'11"

Welp this happened.
I called the parts company and they found the correct part and are shipping out money. Awesome thing is I get to keep the mount which I actually need

Thanks, it's really starting to come together. I might be getting a set of used bbk shorty headers for $200ish shipped if there is room in the bay. I realllly need to move my car to where the engine is so I can finally start test fitting it. Maybe that'll happen in a couple weeks.

Now that I see it mounted to the transmission, I see an issue.
Unfortunately the thermostat and throttlebody will have to go somewhere else or be rerouted somewhere.
There is a lip or edge that runs all along the firewall. there is about 1/2" between that lip and the
engine heads. you wouldn't want to move the engine that far forward either. the steering rack is close up front
and so is the swaybar which I had to move about an inch forward anyway.
Ill try to add a pic from my phone in a bit.

glad I held onto this fwd oil pan, I may need to have the bottom chopped off then modified and a bendable pipe attached from the pickup to an AN fitting on the side and then just sump it. That should give me all the clearance I need plus the ability to run a proper oil cooler.

I expected as much. I have a question about your tranny mount. I'm guessing it is in the same position as the mt82 as they're position is the same in the mustang. Did you have to have any fabrication to get it's position correct?
Edit: Also I was looking at the f150 6r80 and the gear housing looks huge compared to the mt82.
