Cool, we could make a deal on the next build if I go that route. I'd really rather go FI, but I'm going to do a search on carb mods and see what I come up with. If I can get something decent out of the 12a with the stock carb thats what I'll do. It just sucks because I have so much 13b stuff I could almost build the engine now, buying the gasket kit only.

I've update the RRR site, since it's crap outside I've been plopped at the computer all day. Check it out. I've changed the cars section, added a few photos, and update the calendar. I think we should go to the IDRA event next weekend. Might even have some decent weather. It has rained for the past 8 Saturdays.

well, if you find any parts like front bumper, well just about anything for an S5 and especially any parts for a turbo II please let me know, I'm doing the long and hard conversion. Honestly it's mostly for the hell of it. I plan on converting the silver SE into an S5 TII, I know there are a lot of cheaper ways to do it, but honestly, I don't care. I'm bored and I want a long term project so I thought, what the hell. Anyhoo keep on the look out

Sounds like a fun project if you ask me. Buying what you want one part at a time. It's almost like making payments, except you don't get the car until your finished.
I've posted pics of my 10th anny wheel.

I just got my liscense plates. My "mod" for the summer LOL. Actuall I plan to just do maintenance on the red car and merely prep the sivler one for the raping of its parts to fund this project. So if anyof you need parts, ask cause I'll probably have them. 88 SE, nothing really of value. Sorry :/

I just ordered four Goodyear Eagle 215/45/17s
180 treadwear. Oh yeah. Gonna burn em up in about 10 months.
I can't wait to get my wheels back on! I can't deal with the phone dials much longer!

Well its official...I'm now 20. Sigh where did all the years go. So yay me June 12th pay day so to speak, I sure hope I get enough money to at least start the project car. I still haven't finished stripping the interior.
