Ok, I just saw thursday night test and tune in the brochure they gave us. I guess I'll go Friday then.

I'm jealous. I want to be able to write my own stuff under my avatar. I saw the housings, but I'm still not sure if I'm going to go 12A or 13B.

Robin, have you heard from that guy with all the TII verts who wanted a rebuild? I could do it for a TII setup like he offered. I need a new engine. It's gettin a little tired after 60,000 really hard miles. It feels like I'm down 20% since I rebuilt it.
BTW, these goodyear eagles are bad ***! I don't think I'm going with anything else next time!

I'm gonna do the half *** TII swap. I'm keeping the NA drivetrain. I'll need the long block, ecu, and harness. I'm actually hoping my exhaust is restrictive enough to keep boost levels low. I don't want to bust up my drivetrain. I'll do the whole conversion when I get my 3 rotor.

Good luck finding everything Zach...

I'm up to a safeish 9psi...feels too good...need more power...

But I do need to wire in the switch so I can have two boost settings (imagine crawling on your back fishing wires through with a sunburn...um no). Low is going to be at a healthy 3-4psi (thanks cats!) and high boost around 8-9). I've noticed that in 5th gear on heavy loads i'm near maxxing out my injectors...

What kind of boost do you expect to run when you get rid of the cats? I'm assuming your "low" setting will be stock levels (8psi?) and your "high" setting...
I think thats bad *** being able to flip a switch for instant fun. Will that switch to a different fuel map too?
Also, I'm really surprised your injectors are maxing out when your fairly close to stock.

that's the fun part...I'm guessing that when I get rid of the cats (yet still keep the AFM/stock air box in the TID path to make a nice restriction for boost levels) I should be boost around 7-9psi unassisted. High setting is gonna be the same at that time till I tend to the fuel setup.

Fun with switch? Ohhh yea! With the flip of a switch, I can cut my MPG in half!

Same fuel map...there's a single load map that goes from 30"vacuum -> 20psi (and past slightly to around 25psi). The only thing that the boost controller is going to affect is how high up the map i'm going to be at any given time...i've barely even touched anything above 10psi now, cause I'm hopefully not going to be seeing it!

The injectors kinda has me worried slightly...the funny thing is, it's only happening when boost levels and RPM are low at WOT...like 3psi at 2600RPM...it peaks up around 11ms cycle (high!) and actually drops later on. I'm guessing this more of a load dependent issue...doesn't seem to do it in 3rd at all (where I can "legally" do most of my rough tuning ).

I can't wait to get it onto a dyno so I can smooth out my transitions from idle/cruise to light throttle to WOT. I get slight hesitations when hovering around light throttle...WOT smooth as butter!

Hmmm, so the question for me is, should I buy one when I do the whole Turbo thing....perhaps. Maybe I should just try and win the whole HP race and get a T04 and a FMIC huge *** injectors, the biggest freaking bridge port in existance and leave the stock exhaust on
Yes I'm pathetic and yes I bored
and yes i miss my damn catgirl

Do you have Adobe ImageReady (it comes with photoshop 7.0)?

If not, just email me the full size .gif and I can resize it at work tommorow in about a minute.

One last thing, name the pixel size you want and the file size you want...

I'll do my bestest with color content.

yep they are for sale. However I'm still unsure of a price. Does 100 for both sound like too much?

100 is cool if there are no rips and tears. i was going to say 100, but i didnt know if that was too low or anything, i havent looked into them much.

the only day i would be able to do it is saturday though. is that cool with you? if not, i guess we will have to work something else out. i currently dont have the money to fork over for them, but i do get paid friday.

Happy B-Day David. I have to work until 8 on Saturday but count me in after that.

I took the vacuum spider out last night with some help from Zach. Things went smooth, I think mostly due to the Coors Light. The only problem I ran into was finding a piece of silicon vacuum line that was long enough to run from the FPR to a proper vacuum source. I ended up using a piece that had been used for the charcoal canister. (That is gone now too) So far it is running the same as before, idle is damn good, no problem with hot or cold startup. Hopefully it will stay that way.

Don't think I will be able to make it to VMP, I may be out of town...if I am here however I will be there.

Oh yeah, Zach, Amanda (the tall one) asked me for your phone number today. I gave it to her, she said she was going to call you this evening.............j/k..i told her i would ask you b/c you are funny about giving out your phone number sometimes....I didn't know how to nicely say 'you annoyed him'.
