It's difficult to tell if you'd hit 200lb-ft (at 14psi) at 2,500rpm, or 2,200rpm when it was ramping up and hit 200lb-ft at what appears to be 2,900rpm.

I don't think my set-up will be a good representation of the potential initial spool time of the twins as I have some things that will affect the response.

I have a tired hurt motor 75/80 psi all 6 faces.
Ported exhaust ports, stock intake ports.
Running a Big IC vm kit.
Running a Cat.
Working A/C !!!!!!

But with that being said the BNR stage 1's still gave some good results.

The tune was a quick last minute thing after sevenstock just to get some numbers. Daniel Kuo is a great tuner but this dyno session was not to have an intensive tune - it was just to strap it down and see what it makes.

The car feels strong since there is a good power under the curve - it just has a solid pull to the buzzer .. lol

Although a have a new motor setting ready to go in, Im super tempted to just refresh the ported motor with some new coolant seals, put on a mid-pipe, and up it to 15ish psi.

I bought the motor used and all I know is the motor was built by renown, has oil mods inside, ported exhaust, no omp, and running 1.25:1 Lucas marine TC-W3 synthetic premix.

Im happy BNR has the parts coming in, soon we'll have more people reporting on their set-ups.

The wastegate can handle it on the BNR correct? My 3KAI are coming off for a leak and I may have to port it a bit as ultimately I would love to run my midpipe. I still think it will creep and spike right now. Running off the wastegate on the 3KAI is about 9psi I believe vs the 7 or 8 on the stockers.

I did port the wastegate as directed.
I ended up putting a rounded edge on the flapper door and the port to prevent catching, the door did not fully close a few times when performing cycle checks until I did that.

With the boost controller off I did see some creep from 7 to 9psi once.
With the boost controller on it was solid at 12 and 14psi. Old school Greddy profec B.
I have the simplified twin vac setup to control 2 actuators I think. I'll look for my previous post in my build thread.
I wonder if thats why I can hear the second turbo spool up around 4.5k rpm revving in idle.

My vacuum set-up - i think the current one. cant see pics at work.

It's a one man shop. I'd call and leave a message.

EGT wise I plan to drill the top of the exhaust manifold and put two Stainless tap in bungs for the front/rear EGT sensors. I've done similar things on Diesel exhaust manifolds. Takes a press and some good bits, run slowly with cutting oil but it can get through. I'll take pictures when the kit gets here. That'll be hooked up to a TCA2 for the haltech. For the EMAP i'm using a FFE emap canister, a stainless steel cooling tube and I plan to use the port air passages in the center iron/lower intake manifold to capture exhaust pressure.
I actually did this back in 2017 for BNR stage 3s what you’ll get is more of a front turbo rear turbo temp then rotor 1/2 because of the exhaust flow in the manifold. I used a diesel exhaust back pressure gauge too as they are made to take the heat. Works Well.
