i'm going to hit up the dyno soon with the stock intercooler. my mods are full intake, full exhaust, PFC. i see all of you have an upgraded IC. what numbers do you think i'll hit on the stock IC? i'm planning on running 12psi on the dyno

i made 265whp @10psi on the stock ECU with a hiflow cat.

Looks like you did your pulls in third gear. Is that correct? If it is then why? Usually you do it 4th gear.

I did some 4th gear pulls also at lower boost. I was going to make a few 4th gear pulls after the last (512) pull but my wideband sensor went out. I have some more tuning to go and then I will post a 4th gear pull. I am just more at ease making adjustments in 3rd gear pulls then doing 4th gear following as you stay in the cells longer. I know 3rd zips by to quick to call it tuned..

street port by pettit
smic
full exhuast
intake
255lph walbro fuel pump

running at stock boost

I think you would definitely hit 280, and a good chance of around 300, you're not telling us if youre tuned and have a powerfc and what your definition of full boost is (midpipe or h/f cat) though. Up the boost and dyno it!

oh my bad, i have a power fc but its not in, i'm not sure if i want to run the base map or not. its tuned for 12 lbs with full bolt ons and stock twins but it was also tuned for a different climate, it was tuned in arizona and i'm in florida so i dont knwo how safe the tune is and i dont know who it was tuned by

i have a pettit high flow cat, if i run the base tune i'll keep it at 10 lbs but if that tune will work for my car i'd love to keep it at 12 do you guys think its safe? i really want to hit over 300 to blow these smucks away saying theres no way in hell my car will dyno over 300 lol

I got 325 today. Stock original engine, stock twins 12.5 psi (.83 on PFC) Full exaust WITH 2.5" restrictor plate for boost creep. It was a hot day and my air temp was high.

The RPM is doubled for some reason, and torque is obviously off.
I think im also running alittle too rich, so hopefully when i add the HKS twin power itll get it right..

Yea I'd say thats right where you want to be, go look a few pages back at mine, its about the same and I daily drive it, track it, drag it and boost to almost 15 on a cold night. Been doing that for 9 months 10k miles or so and was running even leaner than that for years, no problems. 10.8 is rich tho.

Cool 289 hp/243 ft-lb

Here's mine. I'm attaching pics, and the dyno data file. I tuned it myself, PowerFC & Datalogit First baseline run, based on my street tuning in really cold air (cold for me is 35 degF; really rich, 10.5:1 on my wideband) was 270 hp/220 ft-lb. Mid range torque feels a bit better. Now just got to take it to the strip! Comments are welcome.

12.5 psi boost (bleeding off a bit at high revs)
289 hp
243 ft-lb
dynojet
91 octane pump fuel
ambient temp ~65 degF
intake temp ~105 degF
Mods/vBgarage

BTW, you can download the DynoJet file reading software and make these plots yourself if the dyno operator gave you the runfiles. You can also export the data for further analysis. Good stuff. Check it out: WinPEP

Hey Mike, this is Andy, remember me from Mazfest and Sevenstock? Nice vid of your car there, good to see you got it running and making good power, but youre not going for 14psi? Hit me up if you're ever in the bay area.
