Question about the Banzai 20B car: does it use a factory transmission?

Holy Sh**t!! Those are some sick #'s!! Congrats.

Check out this dyno graph from a buddy in Scotland that runs a compounded twin charge (SC + Turbo) in his Evo, used primarily for hill climb events.

Here's my graph for my 1993.
RX6b Turbo, PFC, AVCR, Apexi Wastegate, Apexi Intercooler, street port.
The lowest is with the boost controller turned off (approx 0.65bar max). Setting A is the low boost and is about 0.90bar max. The high boost is about 1.15bar (about 17psi).

Seems low to me and the 1.15 bar setting was 93 mixed with race gas. Not sure on the mix but never the less the tuner said it wouldn't be safe on pump gas alone. This was done after a new rebuild with new housings and what not.

I'd hardly call those numbers low given the turbo. the Rx6B is made by IHI (same manufacturer as the Mx-6 factory turbo and all the Subaru turbos) and isn't exactly known as a "big power" turbo. If anything, the shop used the most generous settings in the software to give you a higher number. The "smoothing" is set to 1 and the correction is set to "STD" . this is pretty much guaranteed to give you the highest correction and highest resulting number given the data

if he had set the correction to "uncorrected" and the smoothing to 5, that would be the opposite--the least generous number

Right so on a SAE smoothing 5 the numbers would obviously be lower. Which is what most people use too. I already know that, but ive seen rx6b on pump make this much horsepower and twins can make 350rwhp. Maybe I just need a bigger turbo hmmmmmmmm

I did richen it at the end, now under boost it's @ 11.8 and with waterinj on it goes to 10.9 afr . road tuning these days.

idle is @15- 15.5 max and cruise is 14.8- 15.5 afr , use to be 12.2 all the time was using to much fuel.

what do you guys think?
