i thought is was the exhaust, but its now a full 3-inch, without cats. The only thing else I could think of is the HKS log manifold.

Just wanted to say got back from Lowes performance in Sarasota Florida. Mike did a great good on the rebuild of my engine. And thank you to A-spec for getting my turbo back and fixed from Garrett in a timely manner. Sorry Ryan for being so pushy.
Here is what happened: Have a 500R, with the billet housing, PFC, 550/1600, walbro fuel pump, meth injection running boost juice, Apexi twin power greeddy boost controller, AEM wide band. 4inch , straight trough black Apex seals, street ported by Mike and build. and some other stuff.
For some reason the waste gate wasn't holding boost, there was a 11lb. spring in it but still shooting up way high. Mike was saying how I need a higher wastegate ie: instead for 44mm. a 50.
Brought it over to the dyno and the 1st run made 405 at 15psi. and about 7,000rpm. The 2nd run did 456 and went past 15, it was around 17psi. at 7400rpm. Mikes son had to let off cause fuel was running out. I guess the fuel pump couldn't keep up. Regardless I am totally stoked with the power this thing made toady, absolutely phenomenal.
Mike then wanted to check the meth injection to make sure it was working. We undid the nozzle and found out the it was only shooting out very little boost juice maybe 1oz. each time. Pretty sure it should be coming out a lot more then that right?
I recommend anyone to go to his shop and get work done. Car pulls like no tomorrow and its pretty scary to drive.
I will post the sheet soon.

Nice numbers.

I'd just like to second the recommendation of Mike and his shop. He has been a friend for years and has done all the work on my 93 RX 7. Mikes been working on rotarys for over 25 years now. And he was the 2003 ASA-ASE National Mechanical Technician of the year.

He knows his stuff and the cars he builds and tunes run right.

Mike and his crew have been working on my car slowly over the last several months while I'm working out of town and it should be going to the dyno soon. I'll post the sheet once it does.

(It's the yellow one radiant. You may have seen it in his shop.)

Yes checked out your yellow FD. Very nice. lwnslw, I don't remember what he charged for tuning. I think it was like 150/hr. street tune. And the dyno was 200. But not sure.

Good question. My guess is because 3rd gear was up to 120mph so 4th would be unsafe.
Tuner said the numbers would be slightly higher in 4th

Just dyno'd again at KDR yesterday. On 23 psi we made 516RWHP and 414RWTQ. My PowerFC drivers are not controlling my boost solenoid correctly, so I'm going back in a couple weeks with a Blitz iD Spec R so that we can make closer to 570. Anyway, here is the video and the plot...Enjoy!

I've got the RP fuel pump from rx7.com, kgparts fuel rail, 850cc primaries, 1600cc secondaries, and an Aeromotive AFPR.

Right now the restriction I'm running into is the actual line itself. I said I'd be happy with over 500 though, so I'm trying to stick by that statement. :P

Very impressive power and torque, that must be a total monster on the street. Can you post your dyno graph, better yet, do you have the dynojet run files you can post as well? What RPM do you make desired boost? You should be running 10's in this thing at well over 120 mph!

I do have the dynojet runs, so I will try to post them up ASAP. Last year on skinnies @ 450RWHP I ran 11.76 @ 125, so my goal is to trap over 130mph this year and run 10s. Btw, I make full boost by 4k rpms.

Sorry, don't have a scanner. Took a picture of the dyno sheet, but didn't come out great...

Thanks for posting that. I've been looking at different single turbo setups to see how broad the powerband (numbers can vary so that's not too important) is for people.

Not a problem! I wish I had a scanner to make the image clearer...I'll find someone that does.
