I was just curious about the hood Ernie. I like the stock look of an FD, but yours is VERY tastefully done. I can understand about the transmission, but I am curious as to how many you have gone through, or is it just a simple thing to do just do the G-force?

I thought about the Supra, but didn't for a few reasons.
1. Im paying $4500 for everything with the G-Force. This includes a turbo II bellhousing.
2. The Getrag will cost $4500 just for the tranny. THen the real problem is the rear. The stock final ring and pinion on a Supra is a 3.01. You can't even get close to that. So then you'd get a Supra pumpkin, $1500. Then get custom axles $$$$$. Then you'd need a hell of a clutch like a Tilton $4500. You would be spending upwards to $10k to do it right.
The G-Force will have heat treated gears, Mark Harmon yoke, Ari is taken care of the driveshaft for me too. It wasn't a hard decision.

This car only sees the "street" when it drives from the TRAILOR to the track
