SC RX7 owners Roll Call
I was thinking since the weathers starting to getting cooler we can try to get the monthly meets going again like back in the old days. Alternating between Charleston, Columbia, and the upstate. Meet up, eat out, cruise or just hang out someplace.
Septembers coming up soon, lets pick a weekend, a place (I vote for Charleston or Columbia), and a time.

I vote for chuck town. I will be willing to host a cook out at my place, of course i cant buy all the food so we all would need to chip in. But we could definitly cruise downtown and do the bridge run. I live 4 miles from down town. I have plenty of room. Let me know what you guys think.
I will be there too, bringing the subie (red wagon with black hood). i heard they moved it to festival center though, which is at the intersection of ashley phosphate and dorchester
Cool, hope to see you there. I will be in a silver Acura TL on 19's. And you are correct sir they have moved it. Across the street from Frankie's.
I'll be at the Cola meet this Saturday night.
Saturday night @ the old piggly wiggly on Two Notch Rd behind Firestone (9714 Two Notch Rd. Cola, SC). Meet usually starts about 9:30pm.

I'll be out there too. I think they pushed up the time to 8:30pm now but either way we should have a decent size gathering out there. Will be nice to chat up another rotor head. I'm very interested in seeing your setup.
What does everyone think about having a meet in Columbia on the first Saturday of October.?
Its in the middle of the state so no one has to travel very far.
I vote for the Harbison area around mid day.

If you plan on doing it on the Harbison side just be careful. The cops on that side of town are not very friendly about car meets anymore.
I tried to go out tonight but it's too wet and my window were foggin. Finally got my idle fixed too, dam rain.
I am out of town the first weekend of October but the last weekend in September would be cool to meet in Columbia/Lexington Area.

Just wanted to give you guys an update on the Carbon Fiber FD I'm building at work. Figured I'd put up some photos.
I've got the guys making carbon fiber doors, hatch, GTC front bumper, Hood, fenders side skirts, rear bumper and diffuser for the Charleston Auto expo. Always wanted an excuse to do something like this. Now I've got one. I'll keep the updates coming as best I can.

Alas, as of last weekend something went wrong with my FC's clutch.
It wont go in gear when running, and when its in gear and you try to start it, the whole car moves.
Found out its not a hydraulic problem.
So I've got to pull the trans, find out whats wrong.
Good thing is I have extra parts to throw something together.
But I haven't gotten around to pulling the trans yet.
