Mike, I said I'm a liberal. Not an Oxymoron.

An Oxymoron is a liberal who lives in California and inhales hyperbaric oxygen for its health benefits. Which is about what you get if you look at the Pledge to America up close.

But hey, if it ticks your wicker, Go For It!

I finally fixed the problem with my FC that the previous owners have been battling since 2005! The secondary injectors wouldn't come on, so they had replaced the ECU, the grounds had been redone, the TPS was replaced, and some other things had been replaced/ checked.

I've been retesting everything myself, and when I popped off the injector clips to test to see if they were getting power, I noticed that on the clip on the rear injector, one of the female connectors was pushed back into the clip and wasn't making contact.

So I got the chopped up harness that came with the motor I got from Collin, cut the injector plug, switched it out with the bad one on the new FC, and it's all badass now I'm debating on whether I should call the previous owner and tell him what it was or not...

There is a very nice old REPU in my garage now!! I now have a REPU, FB, FC, 2 FD's in my possesion. I feel blessed. It made the long rainy trip without issue and is on it's way to a nice rebirth. Should be a fun and in depth project. I will be makeing a CD of the project with lots of pics from start to finish.

Thanks Crit!, Should be sweet when it is going back to you!!

A litte help from the FC guys

I got serious this weekend about installing a 2 gen oil cooler in my car. As I was putting everything together, I realized I am missing the bajo bolt that attaches the oil line to the rear iron. Any one have an FC oil line banjo bolt they are willing to part with? I assume all 3 bolts are all the same. I am hoping to get the bolt this week and finish this project up.

No I did not. That is very nice truck though. I am reffering to Crit's truck.
Giving it a "make-over"

Old yes, Slow no. Slow commuters in Atlanta get run over by soccer moms in minivans. It's called Natural Selection (hope I didn't just **** off a Tea Partier).

Now that Truck of Crit's is going to look right fine with a new coat of paint, can't wait to see it.

Whoops, I was using one of those untested internet sites.

Let's see if this works. It's a friend of Greg the Elder's. His wife bought him this little gem because he wanted it. And I thought I had the only wife who bought husbands 12A's because they wanted them.

Also, Greg the Elder recently sold this honey he's owned for the last 37 years. He must be depressed as hell.

He probably got that Jetta so he wouldn't be made fun of... well, as much. I don't think I could rock a yellow car though

I can, however, rock a Maxipad

The guy who gave up this gem for a VW is an Idiot.

The guy who married a wife who would by him this gem is a Genius.

I don't normally like wings, but I'm kind of liking that one.

And Tim, I must admit, those FB bumpers look pretty good on that SA.

Brett, as you get Older you will get over that insecurity complex. Yellow is a great color for a 1st gen.

'Course you don't want to be caught dead in a yellow FC.
