Old guys with 12As club meeting
love that P50. already ideas running around in my head of improving it and using a slightly larger bike engine. nothing outrageous mind u, just something to push it to maybe 50, nothing larger than 200cc, and give it 4 wheels for more stability. have to increase the size alittle bit too.
You're right Tim, that Peel would make your point perfectly. You could drag it right into your cubicle.

rating on fueleconomy.gov, you get $100. Hybrids, etc get an additional $500. Now, I'm sure they were invisioning a parking lot full of Prius' and Insights, but what me and a few other employees are seeing is a parking lot full of late 80s civics, geo metros, and the like, leaking oil all over the place and so forth. No year limitations were set (big mistake).

Yep the station right by Collin's house has all you can drink for $3.85/gallon.
Billy you've got an eye for weirdness. Just how does a 1.2 liter 3 cylinder Justy motor work? Sounds a little like a rotary.
Michael you win a high class Zero T shirt for each new recruit! Made in Japan, not that cheap Chinese stuff.
Whoops, that's right, you already won one of those. I'll get it in the mail today!

I won't tell anyone else. I deserve a tank from Ga. since I have made soo many trips to RA in the last year
(SC usually grabs me first) Now If I can just find enough to get there.....

I worked at a machine shop back then and there was a speed bump at the entry way of the parking lot. Every morning I would enter the parking lot sideways and catch air over the speed bump.........Needless to say the car did not last!

There is gas in Lawrenceville. Not as cheap as the gas in Jefferson, but I have only seen the QT near my house out of gas once. They seem to only run out of the mid and high octane, but pleanty of 87 octane. Gota love rotarys.

I'm glad I drive an FB. I haven't filled up in 2 weeks, and I'm at half a tank. Sure it gets 18mpg, but it's a whole lot cheaper to insure than a fit. Cheaper to buy, too.
Gas and rubber, that's right Stu, the original hybrid.
And I'm glad I drive an FB too, loved every drop of the two tanks I've burned this week (550 miles). Everybody is slowing down these days, making it much easier to weave in and out of traffic and get where I'm going a bit quicker.
And Kevin, Fits are nice but come on, what would your RATHER be driving?
Like Crit says, I'm paying for my gas AND my wife's spending habits with the money I've saved on the White One these last three years.
$1,500 to buy the White One and only $1,500 maintenance (that includes the full RB exhaust). That's about 1 repair trip to the Honda dealer, last time I checked.
The White One has given me 70,000+ miles and running stronger than ever, not too bad!
I'm laughing all the way to the bank.
I think my bank is still solvent, better check on that.
Anyway, the Racetrack at the Rt. 53 exit in Braselton (that's the Road Atlanta one, they had some Petite LeMans signs flashing out on 85) had $3.85 gas when I passed by on my way home from work this evening.
Come on down you Carolina boys!
