I missed a lot, but anyways:

DJ, damn man, sorry to hear about the accident. Atleast you came out alive and alright!

Dave: I got a couple 12a Irons here if you want to try your porting on one or two beforehand.

I am all up for a scenic route in the mountains. Chimney rock is AWESOME. I have a video from a road up there somewhere, where it is all 2nd gear turns, 3rd if you dont feel like ringing it out.

I love the monthly meets, as a get together and see how everyone is doing, latest mods on peoples cars, shoot the ****, etc. Good time to chill with friends I am thinking of heading to SC to some meets, and bridge a gap with the OGTA crowd if we ever decide to do something together again.

As far as Raleigh meets go...

Yeahhhhhh, that was from last time I attempted to go. Oh, by the way, if anyone is in chapel hill tomorrow, I will be there for my 9am court appearance for doing 80 in a 65. I cant wait. 2am right now, and leave the house at 6am for my 2.5 hour drive. woooooooooo....

One more thing, you guys know how we drop cards on rotary powered vehicles? I was going to drop one on an RX8 today, but decided not to.

I am serious. These pictures are REAL.

Never thought I would see something like this, then again, they arn't from around here...

Damn! Even the Jack-***' are bigger in Texas Hey Stu, Would you be intrested in a sticker like the key chain we got at Zoom-Fest? The old school M. I am thinking of having the sign place scan that and do them as well.

Too bad about the trooper. I got a PJC if I do the driving course for my first one last Frid. I go this fri to Lincoln and try to get that one dropped to a PJC orimproper equipment.

Make sure you ask for a PJC( Prayer for Judgement Continued) or driving school to drop it to improper equipment. You Do NOT want a 15+ ticket. They can by all rights TAKE your liscence...No ****.. Do whatever you can to get it dropped to at Least a under 10 over violation. Less points, but it still hurts.

Plus Now you know whereto take the speed...Road Atlanta or other tracks,..correct?Glad I have company at 3 AM

BTW: Elizabeth is in Raleigh now thru wed taking the NC bar exam. Then all you speedsters( myself included) can come to us for representation at a Rx7 discount.

I agree with sam on this one, i know personally my car is not prepared for long distance runs, but hey thats my problem. We just have to make sure everyone that is going has their car in top shape, to avoid problems and aggravations. This is one reason i think a autox is a good idea. its a closed course so if something breaks, or some ones car gets away from them theres no harm done. I have driven on a couple drives and i know how some guys drive, so it is not a far fetched thought that some one could have problems, trying to push their cars limits

I'm not sure when I'm leaving yet. We are visiting folks over that way for the weekend and I thought I could drop into the meet for an hour or two. Once things firm up I'll give you a PM later next week.

I'm getting new shoes for my refurbed waffles today. I'll post pics up later this week when I put them on the car in my waffle refurb thread. Ended up going with the old skool look of the Cooper Cobras like Kory has with the RWL on the sidewalls. Damn bfgoodrich, they stopped making Radial T/A s in 13 inches.

^^ Can't wait to see those. I like the white letter sidewalls. I should go get some whitewall markers from the HD shop up the street.

Oh and Tim, if you go up to raleigh, go SLOW. Down and back today and counted 18 cars pulled.

In all seriousness, it could happen to any of us. When were in a group, we are all in charge of each other.

Yeah tell him to come out and play. I'll show him what a couple of triangles will do to the lsx Seriously though, have him come out. Don't hate on it till you ride in a properly set-up Lsx. They are impressive. And almost bulletproof...almost.

I have seen all the Scoot RX7 videos

I *honestly* want to give them a run. Even though my build will be a budget build...
