I77 & I40 Crossroads rotary meet
I want your rear end!>.....Is that gay?
Does anyone have a SA 2000 rated helmet I could borrow for this weekend? The rules have changed for the local Atlanta area. M95 motorcycle is no longer accepted with them.
Of course I did not find out till today when Billy called me after they called him. Thanks in advance if anyone has one. I xcan squeez into a medium

I never seem to have my **** together when Kan comes to town or BDC. I was going to have Zac tune but he is usually really swamped. I remember seeing your car at rotorsports a few times when i went by there last year. So that said I am trying to teach myself how to do it safely. Still in the research and reading stages
Is your ride running? There is a meet at Road Atlanta this weekend. Zoom-Fest. Swing down if you can. I know last minute but hey, gotta tell ya anyways.
Dave
So, is anyone going to swing in the ice cream shop in Statesville this Friday? I was thinking about dragging the Turbo FB out of the garage and giving her a bath. BTW, thanks again Dave for the trans and starter. I went ahead and put the S4 starter on the SA. Seems to spin that half-bridge over a little better
Good deal Sam.Glad that starter had some life left to it. The trans seemed to dry shift into all gears with no problems when it was at pull a part. Should be good to go I hope. The shifter itself was trashed which is why I did not grab it
And thanks to you for the swap out of the coil and for perfecting/simplifying my nikki for me.
I would go to the ice cream place this week but I will be in Atlanta.I think it is on Saturday to just so you don't show up Fri night

My bad. I was thinking it was Friday. I remember know. The trans didn't have any oil in it, and there is alot of sludge in it. I pulled the tail shaft off today. I'm going to give everything a good cleaning, then start looking for a 6 puck clutch an HD flywheel. I have stripped the Nikki down and have her soaking in cleaner. Should be good to go when you get the carb kit Dave. If anyone else is looking for more out thier Nikki, I can hook you up. Any questions in driveability or performance, just ask Stu. He can give you some personal experiance.
im going to try and make it this saturday over to the ice cream place.
Well on the 80' i have the carb cleaned up, and a kit for it, just have block off some of the vaccum ports. also i got the intake off and cleaned, now i have to make some block off plates. tonight i got the old exhaust manifold off the 81 parts car and cleaned it with carb cleaner and a wire wheel. I will have to weld up some materail on it to block off the small ports on the SA. I will get some tubing and most likely make my own exhaust on this one.

Alot of the oil came out the back when I yanked it. Kinda did that on purpose. However the sludge doesn't suprise me...given how much i found in the oil pan. Plus I think they drain the fluids out before setting the cars up. The engine did not have any measurable amount left in it, but there are no signs at all of oil starvation anywhere
So hopefully a good cleaning will do you.
I'll pick up a kit this weekend or monday and swing it by along with the coil.

Hey Sam or Stu... what did you guys use as templates for your HBP? Or did you make your own pattern.. I would be intrested in using them on my project if they will transfer and work for a 13B. If anyone else has any templates for street ports of any kind on a 13 B 6 port I would be willing to donate some cash to your Rx7 fund

its is right off 40 near the wallmart in statesville on the other side of the interstate. if anyone is going and needs directions you can give me a call at 7046586084. im in dire need of a window regulator for my vert. went o roll it down and the cable snapped. i belive my injectors are starting to leak. ai think she is starting to show her age. Oh well, I guess I better get ready for stuff to start breaking down.
if anyone has a vert window regulator let me know.
Coming form Wilkesboro, go I77 south to I40 west. Take the 1rst exit on I40. At the stop light turn left. After you go under the bridge, you will see it on the left. Hope this helps. If you need further directions, pm me and I'll give you my number.
most people get there around 8-9 or so and hang out a while. Its mainly just a generally meeting area. Its not rotary specific or anything just a hang out spot
Hey Josh. I was cleaning up the garage and found your funnel. I'll try to remember to bring it to you. I cleaned up the Turbo FB today. Nice and shiny
I am going to try and make it out there tomorrow. I hope!
