Yeah I have one. I needed some way to push out the old bushings without having to haul it to mazda. Now I got a torch

Plus when I put the new energy suspension bushings in the back I might as well get the front too... so I might as well get new Tie rods and whatnot... and while I get the rear end in, I might as well get reman calipers from O'Rilleys or whatever for cheap... and new rotors... and SS brake lines....

Etc etc etc.

What bushings?

I have access to a hydro press at the shop if you would like to use that

And then you can easily do the bushings and such. You could even stay at the house for the night if needed....Grass,gas, er um *** if ya know what i mean
Nice burny to BTW. Almost as much smoke as the seafoam.

It was fun. That was the second time, if my sister caught the first one, that was the best. Both wheels going around the whole circle about 4-5 times

Not the video of your burnout, the video of your healed hand. We already have the burnout video posted on the OG@TA thread. Crit wanted to see both wheels spinning.

I saw the card under my windshield wiper after school. Glad you were able to pick out my car from the sea of RX7s up at that school. Be prepared to be ridiculed the whole time your there... It's been quite lonely up here. I've been the ONLY FD in the entire school for going on 45 weeks now. There are a couple 2nd gens floating around school though. When do you start at NTI? As far as Apts. go, I'm living in the WillowCreek Apts. behind Bojangles. It's awesome. I'm about 3 miles from the school. I can get to school by making almost all right hand turns, and I'm within walking distance of Bojangles. The girl that works in the office is super sweet. Plus she's really attractive... AND she can cook. Don't ask me how I know. ha ha

So who all do we have to get together tomorrow night? I'm not sure where we are going to meet up. I'll go by Sam's place first and then we can figure it out from there.

Hope to see you all then.

Statesville, NC. Were just getting together for dinner. I'm heading to Moganton, NC this weekend to help a 1st gen guy to get his '80 LS on the road. I'll just be in Statesville for the night (tomorrow) and head to Monganton on Saturday morning. I'll be in Morganton all day Saturday and maybe a little bit Sunday..then I have to head back to VA.

Anyway, I won't have time to head your way. I wish that I did. It is still a goal to get down your way this year to meet up with the GA guys. If you feel like a drive, you could come to Morganton, but that is a long drive for you. Plus, there wouldn't even be a group of 7 owners there..just myself and the owner of the LS.

Yikes, sounds like Statesville is the only option. You gonna be in the 7? I'll check the map, I need a break from the grind.

Ray its about 3.5 hours door to door from your place. But thats with light traffic, add some time for rush hour, make ~4 hours I would think.

Sounds good, Tim. I have Sam's addy too if you need it. I have no idea on plans. I'm hoping to get in Statesville around 4 or so, but I may have to hit a wrecking yard on the way. I'll just hang with Sam until you guys come. I don't know where we want to meet or eat. I suppose that either Sam can give you guys a call when I get there or maybe you guys can just drop by Sam's and then we can figure out where we want to go.

Ray: No 7 this time. I actually have a bit of work to do on it. I'll be tearing into the suspension and exhaust over the next few weeks. I'm not sure if it is worth the drive for you or not. Long drive for a short get together. Monganton is about 45min east of Statesville. Don't know if that would be closer/further for you. Once I get things sorted, I'll come down to one of the OGTA meets. It'll have to be a weekend meet though. Little far for dinner during the week.

whats up guys? its Josh (fc3snnc) rx7club kindly disabled my account so i had to make a new one. I finally got the 7 runnin after i ran down to pullapart and snagged an s4 engine from one of the cars. best part is that is was carbon locked, had good rotors and housings. installed some new 2 piece apex seals and after a few hours of head scratching me and my brother managed to give my poor car a pulse on the first try. cant wait till the next meet so i can finally bring my car. stu, do you still have any 12a`s layin around? me and my brother are gonna build a dune buggy and we were wanting to use a rotary instead of a bug engine.

What color was the 2nd gen? They had 2 red ones when I went up there. I tried turning one but it never budged. Maybe the same motor? Glad you got it running!

Yeah, I have one laying around here that still runs. Dunno if I am going to part with it until I get my 2nd one broken down and see what parts are good in it and whatnot.

I will be out of town Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to various places... When monday gets here I will finish tearing down the motor and see if I need the other one or not. Will keep ya posted
