There is a red FD that resides at Klingman Metal i believe is the business. On Freedom drive just down from my work over near 85. Wondering if anyone knows the owner? Did the cards ever get made> I need to get a few. I also saw a black s5 downtown charlotte on 4th street next to the courthouse.

If someone has cards i can come pick some up or just grab them at the next meet. It is the 13th this month correct?

If anyone needs 13b rotor housings i have 2 in good shape and a good eccentric. an s5 flywheel, 1 s5 rotor weight code D i believe. and an s4 ps pump. lemme know if any of you need anything.

 

Anyone good with metal work..body panels. I need some guidance before i try and then go to a pro Take a look what i found under the sideskirts on the drivers side.

 

Wow. That is nasty......But body kits usually hide alot. If the side skirt is going back on, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Hey Stu, I need to get a quick pic for you guys. I may try for a quick vid of the SA. All I'm saying is you know how I don't like to throw anything away, so with that being said you know what I had left from upgrading the turbo FB exhaust to............Well you guys will have to wait till the next meet. Stu and Tim got a sneak peak last Friday, but the rest of you guys will find out later .

Not planning on putting skirts back on..except maybe the FEED style skirts in CF. However the other option for me is OEM skirts, but they need the attachment points on the rear that are crunched up.

I pried on the are a little with a claw hammer to see how easy it moves. It is pretty easy to manipulate. I am hoping i don't have to split the seam at the bottom,. repair it from the inside, then weld the seem back up. I am thinking thatis how the pro's would do it.

just an update for some reason they have decided to delay her surgery. I had some guy e-mail me from ebay and ask me if I would sell him the spoiler off the 7. DUH... why would I part it out when it is in great shape. I should have said yeah for 3000 you can have the spoiler

 

Well i guess everyone will have a little to show off this next meet. My wife went and splurged on a toy and will have it at the next meet its not a mazda but i got enough headaches with those.

Wow...Robbie. Did the need for speed get you that bad? I have to finish getting a few things done on the turbo FB, but I should have it all buttoned up by the next meet. I may have the SA sold, but no cash has been thrown my way yet. If any of you guys no someone how may want the SA, jsut send them my way.

 

Amy did this all on her own, she researched the car, the yr model, everything from reviews to consumer reports. She found the car she wanted went to look at it, test drove, and got a quote on the insurance before i even knew about it. this is her thing, she spent her savings on it and has done all the crap to get it so heck i couldnt say no. Plus now maybe she will not mind coming to the meet if she does not have to ride with me. I tried hard to convince her to get a 3rd gen but figured one 7 at one time is enough.

 

i live about 20 min from knoxville area and im just about to get my 86 t2 swap together and im wondering if u guys are meeting anywhere nere me i wanna see what everyone else is running and get some ideas and possibly pick a few brains
