Now I see why your parents are limiting your 7 habits, Stu.

How'd you get those 12As out of the trunk? You can tell the ones that used to be in my car, they're the clean ones.

How's the hand? Did you go see a doctor like you are supposed to?

Ray

If you are planning on beating on it a little http://www.racingbeat.com/FRmazda2.htm I don't know if you have had dealings with Racing Beat or not, but they do sell top shelf parts. If you are planning on driving it descent, than a stock replacement will do. http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...pe=244&PTSet=A

Haha. Not to mention Sam is kinda talking me into getting a FC 13b engine/tranny/ecu/etc deal for mega mega cheap.

Scott dropped by and him and my father pulled the engines out in like under a minute. NASCAR ain't got nothin on them!

Hand is good. I took the bandage off and I am letting it air out now. Doc visit is tomorrow. I HATE doctors visits. No offense to any docs out there.

EDIT: also now that its all stitched up, and not bleeding everywhere, I can see how long it really is. He had enough room on the ends to put 2 more stitches. But its not like I am complaining lol. It is pretty much split from the bottom knuckle to about3/4 the way to the opposite side. Hardcore, I can't wait for the scar.

While he was putting two 12A's is his Protege, he missed a stroke........and well, you know. I can't wait to see what the carnage looks like. Look at it this way. It could have been worse, and you would have had to leave the engines at Ray's.

Putting the engines in the trunk of my car. The side inspection plate slid across my hand/inside of my thumb area and cut it about a little more than 1/4 inch deep and had to go get stitches.

I didn't cry Only laughed.

Pic related, this is like a mirror image I drew on my left hand, but I won't upload a actual pic of my hand. It is pretty bad lol.

Yep that's just what it looks like, except it's on the other hand and it's swollen and red and there's blood all over the place, at least there was when I saw it.

The reason the doc didn't put those last two stitches in was because Stu might have fainted if he got stuck one more time. Also, the nurse said Carolina boys don't need that many stitches.

Good to see it healing up Stu!

i wouldn't use the Power FC in a bridge setup. it will work but you will have more resolution from other full stand alone's.

Haltech is ofcourse my fav

microtech and tec III will get the job done well too.

If all it "needs" is the engine, I say go for it. If it's needs are a heck of alot more, then consider what it would cost to make it driveable, and bearable, then offer accordingly.

I totally agree. Those TIIs are a blast to drive. Super comfortable too. What color/shape is the interior?

is it missing the engine or is it just blown? your best bet is getting it rebuilt rather than sourcing another used one with high miles. even the Jspec's aren't really worth it at they are a 50/50 shot of being blown the second you get it. hahahaha

the guy hooked nos up and blew the hell out of it. I believe he took it out to rebuild then lost interest. I know you guys probably won't like this but I was thinking of doing an LT1 or even maybe (if it will fit) a Z06 swap. Just a thought though. I would have to pay someone to do the work is the problem

Well it would be a whole lot cheaper to just rebuild the jewel thats made to go in there.......but its whatever you want. would be kinda different to have one of those roll up to one of the meets.

Definitely cheaper to put a 13b back in (and port too, if you can) than sticking a Zo6 in it.
