If I wind up getting a GSL-SE front cover and oil pan (in the works), I would like to throw together a S5 blowthrough. I think that would make a nice addition to the Turbo FB. I am nearing completion on the SA, and it will be up for sale soon. Then I would love to start trying to piece together what I will be needing . If I could hit the 400rwhp in the FB, it would be off the hook!

I'm not wanting to shoot for a street legal drag car like someone else I know, but 300rwhp, or more would be sick. I have been content with the blowthrough 12A, and I think that I could hit that mark with the 12A. I just think that if I want to do it reliably, doing it with a S5 for the powerplant would be safer. Just thinking about the future...............

While they do parade laps for the spectator cars I do not believe there is much"open Track" time. This is more a huge car show put om by Mazda. This years theme is Ford power, but there is always a great range of vehicles there. From Lotus 7's to minis, TR6;s, Kudzu rotary race cars made by Jim Downing, Etc..
a great opotunity to get a large rotary gathering. As there are normally plenty there.

Looking good man! Well, I just found out that I will be in Florida the second Sunday next month. It falls on the 9th next month. I would hate to miss the next one guys. If we could push it to the following Sunday, I would be able to come. I have yet to miss our monthly meet, and I don't want to start. Just let me know what you guys think.

Here's the deal. I will be leaving town on the 6th, and I will not be back till the 9th. Truth is, I am going to Daytona Beach Bike Week. I really do not want to miss this upcoming meet. But if the majority wants to still have it on the 9th, then I will not be able to make it. If we can pospone till the 16th, I would be greatfull. I have never asked the group for a favor such as this, and I would understand if everyone says no. But I wouldn't know unless I asked, right?

 

Askin' don't hurt. I may or may not make the meet due to weather in Boone. If it snows up there on or over that weekend I'll have to miss. I don't expect it will but you never know.

Well seeing as this is a majority rule, and decisions like this need to be made by the group, I say we put it to a vote. If the majority says we do it on schedule, then that will be it. If we say wait till the next week, then we will.

 

This will be the first meet I will be able to make it to if it stays as the 2nd weekend of the month in a long time and the last one I will be able to attend until June at least due to my military obligation. I guess it doesn't matter either way.
