lol george i can recognise the turbo and manifold but what the heck is that other thing attached to it?!? a volume expander????!!?!

 

Haha volume expander, pretty close, noise expander is more like it. Its the wastegate, but here is a custum dump tube going back into the downpipe to keep the noise down, currently I just have the dump tube blasting into the autmosphere.

no way chris, my insurance has to pay for it.

the other guy didn;t have any insurance.

but the good thing is that i called in a favor with afriend that owns a body shop. i do alot of work on his boats, so he is helping me out. he started working on my truck saturday morning after having some parts overnited after i called him friday morning. he is putting on a new tail gat, new bed cover, and a new drivers rear quarter panel.

decided not to put on a bumper. i am gonna make a simple rear roll pan out of sheetmetal or fiberglass to save a lil weight. and i i am lucky i can get her to the track some time next week.

as for paint. that will coem whenever he gets a chance. nto gonan rush him on that since he did all the other stuff for me


damn i am gonna have to do a lot of boat motor repairs to make up for this crap. hahaha
