OK everybody, I was wondering if all you eastern NC people would want to get together one day this fall before it gets cold. We could all meet in a central location that everyone agrees on. Or my place is open, I live at the beach, and my house is only a block away from the ocean. Whatever you all would like to do. Just post here with your idea of location, what to do, etc.

Finally!! someone willing to start up something. I live in Wilmington, So does 94Touring. I'm pretty open on location. Here (also the beach), there, somewhere else. There's a drag strip in Jacksonville, that could always be an option. Any other input fellas?

 

we could all meet at robersonville, NC and go to the little circle track there. we couldnt; race our cars, but hey, a race is a race

im in fayetteville and im also 17, so i can only drive but so far from here. but if its reasonable ill go. my dad has a restaurant so i can get whatever food we need.

what area are we talking about here? we have a beach house on the outer banks, emerald isle to be exact...so would it be anywhere near there?

Woo hoo.....alright guys. All we need to do is get everyone to agree on a location. I live in Nags Head, on the Outer Banks, my place is open if decided, my house is only a few hundred feet from the beach. We could do Wilmington ( I am going to be there on October 11-13 for fire school) or anywhere in between my place and Wilmington, Greenville maybe, Roper maybe where ever is agred upon by everybody.

Also what would you all want to do? Barbecue, drink some beer, race on a track......etc. I think Emerald Isle would be a good place it's in between Wilmington and here. We'll leave it up to everyone. Don't make fun of me if I show up with an unpainted rex.

So everyone post where they would like to meet at, then we will decide on a date.

 

I personally would like to get my ReX onto a track, but I'm up for anything. Emerald Isle sounds good. I'm 16, so y'all chill and drink beer if you want. Maybe we can still have a small get together here in Wilmington too, since Tony will be here in October. The SC club meets every month, so 2 meets wouldn't hurt.

 

Alright everybody..............need more input from everyone else.

 

I'm gona be out of town 3 weekends in October, i'll have to check to see when i'll be around.

Car show looks cool, October sounds good...that will give us enough notice, while staying warm enough to be comfortable. What to do: hang out, BBQ, go racing, go cruising, I'm game for anything. What's everybody else think?

i can;t give a date reaally because i have classes and work. it would be easier for me to be told a date and work around that. as for what to do, it really doesn;t matter. for all i care we could take over a wal-mart parking lot and swap stories

 

LOL Wally World.................I don't care I'll look at my today while I am at work, and see what my days are in October, and towards the end of this month. What is best for everyone, weekends? I guess. I'll post later today. Have a good one everybody.

yes, weekends. I'm still in high school, and my dad will have to come with me and he works. (since I'm still just 16 my parents wouldnt let me take a road trip by myself). End of this month, next month, doesnt matter, give us a date and I'll get off of work (weekend nights)

OK everybody we still need to decide on a location to do this at. I doesn't really matter to me where you all want to meet. We can do a WalMart parking lot takeover. Is there a Wal Mart in the New Bern area? That would be a decent place to meet at. It's only 2 1/2 hours from me, probably same from Wilmington.

My vote is for New Bern, it's a decent sized place, places to eat, and if I remember correctly there is a park somewhere in town where we can take some pics of everybody's cars. So if everyone else agrees on New Bern then we can work on the date. I will check and see what I can find out in that area as far as things to do and such.
