Yaknow, I just thought about something... There was an FC sitting infront of a closed down Garage for as long as I remember in Jamestown. Sitting on stilts missing the front body panels, Engine, Wheels and other bits.

Then I remember watching it get towed away last year... Wonder where that ended up...

But yeah, Hows the selection of car's around everyone's area of TN?
Jamestown is pretty meh

We've got the Typical Stang's and Maro's. Lots of oldschool Muscle. Only nice JDM I ever see is a Turbo Silvia one of the Advanced Auto employees owns.

Besides that, Typical Acura and Honda ricers

Cant drive around town without going "JESUS CHRIST ARE BEE'S IN MY CAR!?" due to them and the epic mufflers they own

Figured

Welp, That's how it is.
Yet to see another Sev as long as I remember besides that Junked one.

Now to just plot all the work to be done on the GXL when I get home.
That and find a flat bit to work on her around here. Our Garage has been turned into an eBay sanctuary.

Well, Atleast I can dream about one day having a Garage built in the backyard to finally get some work done.
Speaking of that, Anybody know of any places around/in TN that deal with a Rotary?

Btw Hitokiri
Spotted a few FDs on TN Craigslist if that deal doesnt go through for your Subbie. Although, Not many great FD Deals on there.

P.S. I'm still fapping the Photos of your FC

Aye, An Engine guy is mostly what I've been looking for. Just looking for someone incase in the future I plan a rebuild/streetport.

Sadly I'm lacking on working on everything else due to time atm.
The longest break I get is maybe two days in TN every few weeks

Planning on a long break soon, So may get to work on rebuilding the Tranny and tuning up the good ol' 13B. Sadly, Im a bit of a loss on Transmission work

Well, Not a full blown rebuild as of yet. Unless theres more wrong than I think might be. Then again, Thats usually the case.

Clutch is fairly worn down and loves to slip on me, Along with the amazing Supercharger like sound of the Throwout bearing

Planning on putting a new clutch in along with replacing all the other "REPLACE OR HEAR THE WRATH OF BEARING" Bits, Getting the Flywheel resurfaced or replacing it all together aswell.

ah, well theres usually no need to rebuild the trans itself unless the synchro's are shot to hell.
And resurfacing the flywheel is actually quite useless unless its severely pitted, since it will look like it did before surfacing in a short while. I didnt bother resurfacing the flywheel on any of the motors in my car, and my centerforce clutch has about 40k on it right now since installing it new, though I could probably use a new TOB since i didnt pack it very well...

Efan on 1st gens is....takes the right sized fan to clear the water pump pulley...then its like 5 minutes to zip-tie/bolt in the fan, and another 20~30 to 'properly' wire it in, including wrapping the wires in electrical tape and tubing.

yeah i'm going to pull-a-part to pick up a fan out of a mid to late 90's Taurus or sable. he said they about the only fans you can get for a decent price that will cover 90% of the radiator core.
