Be sure that the stock fuel filters are replaced with better flowing ones and I would drop the fuel tank and have a look at the filter screen on the end of the pick up , it is possible that tiny rust bits have clogged it some or that it has some how slipped out of place and restricted flow . I am betting on the 12A fuel system being way to tiny and restrictive is the whole problem. But then again age has its ways too.

I've replaced the fuel filters... the Carter pump comes with it's own and I replaced the plastic one as well when I installed the new pump. I didn't check in the tank though. Dropping that sucker isn't on my list of things I'm excited to do, but if it comes down to it then I will. The car is stock, so as long as the fuel system is working properly I shouldn't be having issues.

155k right now, the car is equiped w/ everything but leather interior. power windows, cruise control, aluminum wheels, 4 wheel disc brakes (no abs). i am no only selling but am also willing to make a trade depending what you have.
