Yeah, my NA is internally stock an I dont see how they are finding 30's...but then again they might never redline it *shrugs*
Still on the lazy end of things, didnt do jack nor **** this weekend, so the NA still has its fuel leak, but a full tank of gas.

I did the same thing. Instead of ordering a new fuel pump and fixing the Cheeto, I bought a new tank for the bike. I'm a bad RX-7 owner these days, I might as well just sell them now.
Yeah, I hear ya. I also instead of getting funds saved to do the head and such on the conquest I ordered me up an old Sega Dreamcast with crazy taxi and sonic adventure....cost me the same as a tank of gas and ill enjoy playing it more than I did playing FFXI and maybe my ps2

Heh, I guess that's budgeting these days... stay home and play videogames. Old videogames at that. I think Soul Caliber was the only game I ever played on the Dreamcast. Hey, wanna buy my Sega Saturn?
what games you got on for it? if you at the least have something sonic and "Nights" i might consider it actually. But Soul Caliber, sonic adventure 1&2 as well as crazy taxi are some of the better games for the dreamcast that are very nice graphically and playability.
yeah well not everyone drives their car at redline :P
ONCE and only ONCE i got my FD to do 28 mpg. stayed completely out of boost for an entire tank. you have NO idea how absolutely ******* hard that is with a car that spools the primary turbo at 1800 rpm. you have to be SO light on the throttle its not even funny.
and Soul Caliber kicks every game in the *** except for Gekka No Kenshi: Bakumatsu Roman. (Last Blade Series in teh US)

I've never been able to drive my TII a full tank without boost. It's just not possible with my feet. It kinda defeats the purpose of driving it anyway.

I have an N64 somewhere too. It's not mine, but when you leave something at my house for more than 6 years it becomes mine by default. I don't even know what games it has. I remember it had a Game Genie with it though. I'm still looking for all the Saturn stuff.

Other-Josh wants the title to the Tomato. It's apparently got a blind date with the car crusher. That's as far as I go though, because I'm tarrrred of this middleman business.
Everyone quit PMing me dirty pictures.
Yeah, I got the same runaround from the other josh as well, and have already relayed information multiple times today.
Mmmm gotta love ebay, I think theres a few N64's for sale cheap there too, but ima try and get your stuffs there Jimi so I help with the "Fuel up my ****" fund.

Be sure to check voltage levels at the pump also , most 1st gens have the same problem . For example a few years back I let mine sit for about 3 months and the wiring went bad , bad voltage , I bypassed the stock wirring and the pump came back to life , worth a try ! Good luck !
Well since the power decided to die off for an hour or so I decided it was a good time to go out and fix my fuel leak. I may have fixed it, though probably only part of it. May still go back tomorrow and push the fuel line exiting the primary rail back further onto the banjo fitting.

Thanks. Do you have any experience with the Carter pumps? I just went through this earlier this summer. It had a Carter pump in it that went bad, so I replaced it with another one. It was business as usual for a few months but now that one is exhibiting the same symptoms, so I'm betting it's just the pump again but I'll be sure to check the voltage just in case. The things are a good deal at under 40 bucks but they should last longer than 4 or 5 months!
Where is your leak exactly, Derrick? Typical FPD leak?

well technically yes and no Jimi. As I no longer have a FPD it cant leak from that particular point, however the front primary injector was soaked in fuel when I first pulled the manifolds off, so I pulled it out, replaced the o-ring with another good one, seated it properly into the fuel rail, then reinstalled it as usual. The only thing I didnt check/adjust was the fuel line from th e primary rail to the tank, and as I noticed light leaking it might be the culprit this time, though I might just buy all new o-rings next month and just replace all that **** when I finally send off a set of injectors for cleaning, and in addition to that buy new fuel lines and such and redo all of that as well.
Well the lines are only 2 years old, an still in very good shape, since it makes no economical sense to replace the lines for as often as Ive had the rails on and off the car.
