Derrick, what did you do? It doesn't take much to get reckless driving.. atleast you got that and not reckless endangerment like me. Ofcourse it was dropped to reckless driving.

I too will come to meets once it's warmer. And my Saturday's are not filled with me trying to work on my car.

you guys crack me up...sounds like the buddies back home...nothing differs across state lines ha...anyways what really blows donkey dick (other than reckless driving tickers...) is a motruckin oil leak under my beehive.

After I got everything back together the other day,(routing heater hoses for some damn heat!!) I went to start the beast, and it started spewing oil from under the beehive. If its not one damn thing its another. So I pulled the beehive off thinking the O-rings were shot- even though they were only 6ish months old...They're in perfect shape, so I put everything back together thinking maybe it was sitting funny, or a little loose, but same deal as soon as I tried to crank it again......SHEEIT!! any ideas? I'm so tired of chasing this **** down.

a very frustrated

funny, I don't have a brother. So let me in on this joke so we can all laugh.

And Derrick that's bullshit.. my *** just gets sideways and is taken to jail for reckless endangerment and you do all that and just get a ticket and searched. I didn't get searched though.

I gotta go to court on Monday for my expired tag... sounds like I might run into some of you guys there. I should also be wanted in the state of SC by now. Are RX-7's trouble or is it just the owners?

FBatman, I'd find an older parts car and swap out that beehive for an oil cooler. That thing is a pain to work around.

There's a lot of fail going on in this thread.

Then again, it's hard for me to fail when I don't drive my 7. She feels neglected.

lizard-well....thats the problem...cant find a parts car. the only one i did find had no motor, was a rustbucket, trashed interior, no paint-covered in bondo, and had mold growing inside of it. the dude wanted $150 for it. I mean seriously. and at the moment i cant afford to make the swap to a 2G front mount...argh!

firstrotary- I KNOW its not a cracked iron- I'd **** my pants, wallow in it for a week, and use my feces for finger paint to write off this car if that happened. It's a freshly rebuilt motor. It's definitely coming from where the beehive attaches to the pedestal...

so what I'm figuring is I've got a small crack on the beehive itself from when it was so stupidly cold here. should have been running antifreeze

anyone wanna sell me a good beehive today? what about tomorrow? ha ya know- so I can drive this forsaken car again- and to the MEET!

i can upgrade to the 2G oil cooler- its a front mount, but I haven't been able to find one for cheap yet- there seems to be a severe lack of 7s in Cleveland...but yea. thats the easiest route right now...another hive
