Lol I don't like country music and I'm not married. As for a job, I'm thinking UPS, part time. I already filled out the application and have to be there at 630AM on the 31st for the walkthrough.

If UPS is anything like Fedex then they'll hire anyone who shows up. I worked for Fedex for over 4 years. It sucks, but it's a good way to make money while going to school because the hours are short and the pay is decent. You just have to be in good shape. They also offer benefits if you stick around awhile.

You've got more RX-7's on your campus than we usually can get to show up at meets, which might be why we don't bother anymore
Instead we just roll with larger groups like Sports Car Frenzy and the Knoxville Car Enthusiasts. I met a few other FC's the last time I ran the Dragon with KCE. They're planning another run on the 10th, but there's an autocross the next morning so I don't know if I'll go.

I don't really bother with DGRR anymore but I might go hang out on the Dragon that weekend if nothing else is going on. It's an excuse to roll with other rotaries.
Ever figure out what happened with the TII that was towed?

If so, the details are a bit fudged!

Yeah, we need to put this dinosaur in the ground and start fresh. Every time we try to start a new thread, someone finds this one and it creeps back out of the grave. I wouldn't mind if the mods deleted it so we can get a new one going.

The thread that won't die rises again! There's still a few of us diehards around. If you check out the local autocross and drift events you're bound to run into some of us. I'll check out your group. The one we had started got overrun with piston swappers and Californians. Not sure how that happened. I would love to get some meets together again like in "the good ol' days" when this thread was started.

Them weirdos that run around with their wheels stickin' all out their tires, bumpers ziptied on, pastel colored stickers up and down all the windows, 4 foot long pipes stickin' straight into the air out the back, etc etc.

Well, it's in the mountains so all the roads are curvy. It's not too far from "The Tail of the Dragon" either. I cannot attest to the roads over here as I usually drive in the woods (Wrangler). Just bought a T2 that needs rebuilt as the coolant seals were bad, I used to own an 88NA a long time ago.
Not sure of where you are, will have to look it up later when I'm not on my phone.

Speak of the devil. You need to update your sig, I think you've had half a dozen RX-7's since you changed it!
Maryville is about a half an hour from the TN side of the Dragon. Just south of Knoxville. I usually drive in the woods too (FB on snow tires)
