And a bit of advice for those attempting a krylon spray job... Primer is your best friend. After I started sanding on the old primer/paint I found out the ENTIRE body had black magic marker circles/ovals ALL over the place. The OLD marker bled through the first coat of primer and was virtually gone by the second coat of primer, but still was there just slightly. 2 coats of satin later its all gone and looks decent.

Thats ALL you need is an air pump??? wtf for? unless you intend on returning all the emissions to the car theres no real point to it, that is unless your gonna use it for 5th/6th ports actuation
I'm also contemplating putting the emissions back on, but for now mostly just the aux ports.
Ah, theres the fun bit. On an s4 you still remove all the emissions and eliminate more crap, but then you can still use the airpump with some fancy tricking out to make a better actuation setup for the aux ports. Though ive heard it mostly done using fishtank pumps...

But basically, yeah, I'm going to rig something up and hope it works.
My ports are active with no cats >.>, just a slight hesitation but I attribute that to a lack of solid grounds i need to address.
But that could be the fact ive got a nice RB header/silencer and not just straight pipes lol.
And ouch, that sucks that the irons were stolen man. Why not just drop the 48grand plus shipping for Racingbeats 3 rotor setup?

because if i had 48 grand to spend on a rx7 thats nearly as old as i am. i would not be concerned about how best to spend my money and would have lots of different engines to just switch out every other day.
im about to just make my s5 n/a engine work properly and just say screw it because i dont know what i want to do with my car. i want power but have a budget. if i take that route ill prolly sell the car because it just dosent have enough power stock to tickly my fancy

Yeah, your probably better off spending money on a s4 T2 with some mods than trying to make a PP s5 work out, just keep ur tails, bumpers, mouldings and other odds and ends and be set.

Rob, the airpump has been taking up space in my attic for years. You're welcome to it if you can come pick it up.
I'm tempted to sell both cars. I don't really enjoy them much anymore and they're getting quite expensive to drive. I can't abandon the TII though... it's stuck with me longer than anything else
If someone made a good offer on the Cheeto then I'd take it though.
That sucks about your irons, Carmen. I'd like to see a PP build running around here. I say go for it.
