ok cody, T2 starters and flywheels are DIFFERENT than NA starters and flywheels, the t2 equipment is larger IIRC and so are the clutches. The two bolt holes are merely to help remove the flywheel, which is redundant since a sledge works just as well. counterweights should be different i think as well as the rotors are vastly different. Although if you are using an after market lightweight flywheel you will need the rear counterweight from an autobox.

. i know u said u had a t2 driveline swap but if i were u i would check first look at the trans for lots of extra ribbing around the case. just because your gtu has lsd dosent mean it has a t2 driveline.

and yes 1 or 2 good hits with a sledge and it will pop right off.

After a certain degree point (170 F or something) then the thermostat is supposed to be open and the coolant is supposed to be going in and out constantly.

Center consoles in general are different but they all mount the same. S5 consoles open from the side, S4 consoles open up from the front. Some consoles have a huge lid, others a thin lid.

I dont think its an extra reserve, just a mroe convenient place to fill and drain probably. Both transmissions use the same amount of fluid too.

well apparently I have a s4 center console if you have not yet destoried it. Just put it aside to me or something and I'll grab it later. my car's interior is black so as long as it blends in cool. Now if the mount is broken then nevermind. Mine too is broken.

lol but your still in STM so it really doesnt matter now does it haha. Just picked up my...essentially free rear pads today and will probably put them on in the next few days and once my grandmother heads up north my car gets to sit in the garage to continue to get resanded and painted and i might even get most of my S5 trim installed.

And yeti....damn your vert looked decent as I drove by today.

well im not entirly sure im gonna go carbed now because thinking about it i can get a megasquirt for alittle less then 200 and then all i need are upgraded injectors prolly like 100 used and get a different intake setup prolly like 100 for a s4 t2 intake setup.

so thats 400 for a standalone efi.which will be much better then trying to get a carbed tuned the right way and i want to go boosted on my high comp motor eventually so it will be alittle better at least attemptable with the megasquirt.

where as im gonna have to spen atleast 100 for a carb and 250 or so for the intake and another 75 for a fpr and then all the little jets and little crap that will eventually add up.

that comes to over 400 so more to run a carbed setup then going full standalone with the cabability to tune any motor combonation the mind can fathom

tunning is gonna be a pain in the arss but so is a carb since i have no experience with it neither. atleast i have some programing knowledge (done a few mircrcontrollers) .

what do you mean looked decent? I still have not cut my window out. I'd like to get a catback if someone has one.. preferably racing beat or something high quality like that. oh and I'd like a mono amp if someone has a spare one for sell.

pfft we shall see. you had a turbo and ONLY squeeked by on .9 seconds, and your 1st gen is in a different class still Jeremy, just ask jimi what he had to run in, and if your running the holley on it thats a different class again.

Well as i only glanced at it it looked better than what it did, was shiny and stuffs.
