Sound so PROFESSIONAL... Can we say Fraud??

Just in case Jason Evans' lack and don't know what Fraud is.. and since he LOVES Wikipedia, I'll quote from there...

In criminal law, fraud is the crime or offense of deliberately deceiving another in order to damage them — usually, to obtain property or services unjustly. [1] Fraud can be accomplished through the aid of forged objects. In the criminal law of common law jurisdictions it may be called "theft by deception," "larceny by trick," "larceny by fraud and deception" or something similar.

Fraud, in addition to being a criminal act, is also a type of civil law violation known as a tort. A tort is a civil wrong for which the law provides a remedy. A civil fraud typically involves the act of intentionally making a false representation of a material fact susceptible of actual knowledge, with the intent to deceive, which is reasonably relied upon by another person, to that person's detriment. A "false repesentation" can take many forms, such as:

* A false statement of fact, known to be false at the time it was made;
* A statement of fact with no resonable basis to make that statement;
* A promise of future performance made with an intent, at the time the promise was made, not to perform as promised;
* A statement of opinion based on a false statement of fact;
* A statement of opinion that the maker knows to be false; or
* An expression of opinion that is false, made by one claiming or implying to have special knowledge of the subject matter of the opinion where “Special knowledge” means knowledge or information superior to that possessed by the other party and to which the other party did not have equal access.
Now Let see how many of these Jason Evan's (SONIX7, aka CarbonFiber Innovation) fit into... Hmmm..

I would try to get a refund and get fd3s777 UIM.... Only issue I see with his is that when you bolt the UIM, not sure if the pressure you put will not damage the cover.. I would prefer metal tabs vs epoxy/resin CF.

I will give it to you guys. You are f*cking ruthless. I hope you are enjoying celebrating. I think the guys does good work the majority of the time. However, I think Herb got screwed, which is too bad since he seems like a good guy. I tried to mediate but it was WAY past that. I think it is safe to close this thread, as I am sure if he ever tries to return Herb will be ready to flame him.

Joe,

You make it sound like I'm some sort of BASTARD! LOL!

Just so you know, Closing this thread does no good.. I'm sure you know that too.

And thanks for reminding me.. I have to go sell some stuff on the 3rd gen sales section.... Try to "re-coop" some of the money i lost..

Glad to hear you now think I got "screwed".... Because I did.. And i would also like to thank you for trying to be a mediator.. Like I said from start, I didn't think Jason would give back all the parts I gave him (or pay me for the parts)... as he kept saying he did the job for "FREE".

I didnt say you were a bastard. I simply think at some point this gets a bit childish. There are a lot of other people who did not get screwed posting here just to give someone ****. Everyone is always looking for a deal, just like you were. You could have easily gone to a proven carbon maker for 5x the price but you did not. That sucks, but so is life. I dont think it will ever be resolved and I am not sure why you waste your time, it seems to me you have more important things to attend to...like the gap

So, Let me get this straight Joe (mirabile)..

You said I was, " f*cking ruthless " and now you think this is getting childish??

First of all, just as you made many many posts regarding Jason in this thread, a public forum or making comments about me is what this forum is ALL about. So, for that reason, I have as much right to say what ever the **** I want to say about Jason as ALL i have describe about him is a FACT!. If you want to support Jason, Go right ahead! Why don't you send some more parts to Jason, aka Sonix7 if you think he's a such a great guy!. I think those whom have dealt with me over past 5+ years on this forum will back me up and I damn sure never took advantage of Jason.. If you think that, you must be blind!!

You know, I have nothing against you, but when you start describing my action in this way, it does **** me off.

Please listen to what you've said:

Well....good thing those other people got their parts and are happy with them. But....Jason (sonix7) has decided to screw Phil over. And i guess you dont remember that Phil was the one who helped Jason start up this business to begin with. How the hell can you defend someone who's gone into hiding and is afraid to talk to Phil and try and work it out? You supposedly tried to "mediate" this whole situation? By the way you talking on here.....you're definitely one sided.

Im pretty sure Sonix7 can make you set of these in carbon fiber for you since you seem to be on them.

First of all, Phil, if you read the part I posted,

I think those who are posting that are not a part of this, are acting childish, not you.

Dont take that as me acting in the least bit scared of pissing you off, because I could give a sh*t.

I think you are fing ruthless. You started the guy in business, you ended him...put him out of business. Cant say I would not have done the same, but I would not celebrate it. Thats fine.

Goomba and others that are not a part of it, I dont know you, and honestly, couldnt give a f*ck about what you have to say. Your being in this thread actually hurts Phils case, not helps. It would be much more to the point for those who have been screwed to post here, and also those who had a good experience.

I had better things to do, I still have better things to do but I just cant believe I continually see this thread pop up even though Sonix isnt even on the forum.

I did try to mediate, I think Phil knows that, but as I said, it is his choice to say it is way past mediation, and I respect that. I did it because I thought having someone who could make carbon parts around the forum might have been a good thing. But, this is a public forum, and the majority wins, which it did here, I have little doubt he will never work here again. I dont think I have been one sided at all. I said my part about having a good experience, and also my part about hoping these 2 could work it out. I think a public forum should allow both sides to be heard. Dont you agree?

Keep an eye on it. I'm not sure if it is Jason. If it is, he's doing a good job of looking like a beginner! Or just playing the "STUPID" card!
