The GB continues for the time-being. I will probably hold it open until the end of the month, at least, but after that is up in the air.

I'm just curious when the last possible day to send the 50$ deposit in would be... My co-op doesn't start until the beginning of january after which i would get my first pay check and be able to pay the ramaining balance.

I am willing to stretch the timeframe to accomodate your needs, so long as it is arranged in advance. We have plenty of FC pans in stock, so you won't be taking anyone else's place. Just give me your estimated payment date for the balance when you make your deposit. January 15th perhaps? Remember, the $50 deposit is non-refundable, so don't commit unless you are certain you can pay the balance when you say you will.

This thread will be moving into the real Group Buy section sometime real soon, so look for it there if you can't find it here.

We are now officially sold out of the FD aluminum pans for the time being. We should have word from the foundry today about the scheduling of the next batch, but even if it happens quickly, there are still machining, powdercoating, assembly and packaging operations before they will be back in-stock and ready to ship. The FC aluminum pans, however, are still in good supply and ready to ship the day of the order.

Just a reminder. If you are participating in the Group Buy and opt to use our online shopping cart, be sure to notify me FIRST either by email or by posting in this thread, so I know you are to get the GB pricing. Those not officially in the GB are paying $349 for the FC pan; not $299. I only mention this because we have been getting a lot of sales lately that apparently are not part of the GB and I want to make sure it's not a mistake.

Almost forgot:

(1) The new batch of FD pans will be back from powdercoating next week, so you can go ahead and order now if you like and we will ship them when they come in.

(2) Sevenstock and The SEMA Show will have us out of town for about a week, starting tomorrow (Friday), so if you can't get ahold of us...that's why.

With a little modification, yes. Basically, you need to tap and install a pipe plug (or weld the hole closed) where the center engine mount bolt goes through the bottom of the pan, plus drill a couple extra oil pan bolt holes in the vicinity of where the outer bolt holes of the FC engine mount are. If you wanted us to do this for you, give me a call and we can work out a price for the labor.

FYI: The FD pans are temporarily out of stock but we are expecting more later in the week. FC pans are in-stock and in good supply.

The FD pans are back in stock in small quantities as they trickle in from manufacturing. I can usually have them within a day or two of the order if none are already in stock.

FC pans, as always, are in good supply and usually ship the day they are ordered.

As stated above and countless other times, the FD pans are GB priced at $399 ($25 off) and the FC pans are GB priced at $299 ($50 off). Shipping is $20 via FedEx Ground anywhere in the US. Overseas shipping at cost...please ask for a quote. Paypal payments can be made to <sales@pineappleracing.com> or you can call us with a CC number at (503) 233-3878.

I have to halt the GB on the FC pans. I thought we had plenty of the FC pans but when I looked on the shelf today I noticed that you guys have almost wiped out my inventory. I have a few deposits, so I can't sell them all. We do have more being made, however. The FD pan GB will continue.

BTW, check out our redesigned web site sporting a new E-commerce package...it will be awhile before we gat all the products uploaded, but you can at least see where it is headed.

The FD pans are starting to trickle in again, so we can sell them retail. Not enough to do another GB. The FC pans are still at the machininst and we will need to perform more operations after that (weld in baffling, powdercoat, etc.), so that could be as much as a month away <crossing fingers>. After that, we may entertain another GB for the FC pans.
